With 260 m² of living space, the villa comfortably accommodates 6 to 8 guests. It features three fully air-conditioned bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom. Two bedrooms offer comfortable double beds, while the third has twin beds that can be joined upon request. The ground floor rooms enjoy beautiful sea views. An additional sofa bed on the gallery provides sleeping space for two more guests, making the villa ideal for families or groups of friends. The spacious living room with a fireplace creates a cozy atmosphere year-round, while the dining area with seating for eight and the fully equipped kitchen provide everything needed for relaxed gatherings. A highlight of the property is the traditional Dalmatian tavern (konoba), perfect for preparing local specialties and enjoying a fine glass of wine.



The landscaped courtyard features a 48 m² heated swimming pool, ideal for relaxation throughout the season. The villa is enclosed by stone walls, ensuring privacy, and offers three private parking spaces within the property, with additional outdoor parking available if needed. Younger guests will love the spacious children’s playground with swings and slides.
