«I strongly suggest to anyone looking for a place to stay to stay away from this hotel.
I checked in Friday
By Saturday evening my room was flooded all my and my family belongings where soaked wet.
I was relocated to rooms with No functioning AC. I was charged extra 1500 for the rooms I was relocated to. Than I was asked to pay 5000 or to have to relocate for the 3rd. Time in my 5 day stay. «I need 5 more stars to review this magical stay. Being inside Casa Arrona is like being in a sanctuary, and the staff is above and beyond helpful and accommodating. I had no idea when I decided to stop by the communal table during breakfast hours, that I would be served the best breakfast of my life. I was so grateful that they were able to arrange my transportation and follow up so promptly with any questions I had. What an absolute dream, and an honor to stay there. I cannot wait to return.»

«We were slightly underwhelmed by this apartment rental. There is a lot of potential but we found several flaws that affects our overall rating:
1) there is a coffee maker but no filters and no completely coffee;
2). They cover the shower and bathroom drain with a plastic lid, to keep cockroaches from coming through the pipes. We did not realize that, and almost flooded the bathroom.
3) We found a large cockroach in the room because we forgot to replace the cover(s).
4) the headboards for ...
