«Highly recommend! Really helpfull staff, food is good and big portions. »

«Peaceful and quiet surroundings. Room okay and clean as such (bathroom shelves need to be brushed up a little). Service level needs some improvement, but I noticed progress during the 4 - 5 days I stayed there. The manager really wants to make improvements, and she cares for her guests. I had a couple of good talks with her, and I believe that she's willing to and able to listen to advice to make this a really good lodge. If there still is anything to complain about, just ask to see the ...

«Although the room was clean, the utilities were sub optimal. The desk chair was not suitable for working and there was no wall socket to connect my devices. Reception had to provide and extension from the only socket that the TV was connected to. Confirmation of booking was not easy. A person managing the booking from a UK number was more impersonal than friendly»

«I cannot recommend Kumbali Country Lodge enough! From the moment I arrived, I felt like I had stepped into a peaceful garden sanctuary. The lodge is set on a beautiful working farm, with a game conservation program which gives it a unique, rustic-chic charm that you just won't find in a standard city hotel. The suite was spacious, well decorated and extremely clean. The lodge staff went out of their way to make me feel very welcome. The onsite restaurant had a varied menu and the food was ...

«Staff were very accommodating. Meals were delicious and they were prepared for power outages and other disruptions that North American guests would not be ready for. They had a back up generator and propane stoves for cooking during those times. It was safe and quiet. We had a good stay there - well done Divine bed and B!»
