«Peaceful and quiet surroundings. Room okay and clean as such (bathroom shelves need to be brushed up a little). Service level needs some improvement, but I noticed progress during the 4 - 5 days I stayed there. The manager really wants to make improvements, and she cares for her guests. I had a couple of good talks with her, and I believe that she's willing to and able to listen to advice to make this a really good lodge. «I have been to a lot of hotels in Lilongwe over the years and this is hands down the best. Located in a quiet 600 hectares park with its own gamereseve, but only 15 mins from anywhere downtown, it’s a quiet, beautiful, reliable place. There is a vey nice garden with paths, a castle (!), a great restaurant and a beautiful swimming pool. The bungalow/rooms are spacious and have a feel of authenticity. This is the place to go

«This little gem truly has everything you could need. I had to book a night unexpectedly due to a transportation emergency and I was pleasantly surprised. The staff was welcoming even on a last minute reservation, the restaurant and pool areas were relaxing and the food was fantastic. The room was spacious, clean and in order as well.
