This complex has great location across the parking lot from the lifts and bus stop.The bedrooms and living spaces were large but not a lot of closet space. Kitchen was well stocked with lots of pots, pans and dishes. I had a few issues; one was only one parking spot is guaranteed. We had a car and my daughter who lives in UT spends the week with us. I had to beg to get an additional spot on the property, even that was not good for the whole trip. Even though the garage was not full for the time we were there. It also would be nice to have a vacuum in the unit.

This property was exactly what we needed. Plenty of room and helpful front desk personnel. Also nice to have a first class group of people to rent equipment from on property. Thanks for the memories!!
I really liked the place except for the heater ran almost nonstop and thermostat had no control. It was really stuffy at 75-80 F all the time.

I would give 5 stars if not for the heat problems.
When arriving we were quite pleased to see the size of the unit and proximity to the ski hill. Pictures can sometimes make things seem bigger than they are, but this unit was very comfortable for 2 people and we had plenty of room. The biggest problem we had was the heater, there was no way to turn it down, so ran constantly and was hard to sleep with it being so warm. Maybe the thermostat needs to be replaced. I would just suggest to the owner to get it fixed, since most people like to sleep a bit cooler than when up during the day. Our only other issue was with the stackable Washer/Dryer. We were happily surprised to see them in the unit and decided on the last day to wash a few things, but due to the Dryer constantly turning on and off it took forever to dry the clothes. On the 2nd load we realized that the dryer on top had moved due to the spinning level the washer was set on so try to move the dryer forward a bit which seemed to help, but still took a long time to dry the clothes inside. Maybe something can be done to address the problem so the dryer can work properly. Again, we really enjoyed the unit. The kitchen seemed to have everything we needed to cook while we were there and would definitely stay there again if the heating situation was fixed.
Property was everything you need for a week at Park City. Nice floorplan, great kitchen, fire place.
Great views, fantastic location. Beware it is noisy outside at night. Lots of beeping heavy equipment clearing snow and ice. Everything else was great. Just bring some ear plugs.
