Living: Gather in the open space living room, where your Family can lounge on the plush sofa and chairs, catching up on favorite TV shows or movies on the large flat-screen television. Enjoy the crackling Wood Fireplace, which adds warmth and a romantic mood to the room, under high ceilings and stately exposed wood beams. Large windows look out on Deer Valley Resort. The additional Family room is located on the upper level with a warming Gas Fireplace, TV to watch sports, or gather around to play Pop-a-Shot arcade basketball or wrap around shuffleboard.

Bedroom 1: The first bedroom located on the main level is a special treat, with a quiet sitting area, Gas Fireplace, huge windows overlooking the mountains, all under vaulted ceilings with exposed wood beams and chateau-inspired light fixtures. The ultra-luxe, en-suite, master bathroom boasts a deep tub with its own Gas Fireplace, a large steam shower, dual sinks and plenty of counter space.

Bedroom 2: This guest bedroom is located on the main level and features two extra-long twin-size beds that can be converted to a king-size bed upon request. (48 hours prior to arrival) An en-suite bathroom awaits with a step in shower and dual sinks.

Bedroom 3: This guest bedroom is located on the third level and features two bunk beds with a twin-size mattress on top and queen-size on bottom. The en-suite bathroom has dual sinks and shower tub combination.

Bedroom 4: This guest bedroom is located on the fourth level and has a king-size bed with a Walk-in closet. The en-suite bathroom has an easy step in shower and soaking tub for your moments alone time.

Bedroom 5: This lovely bedroom located on the 4th level has a king-size bed with plenty of closet space. An en-suite bathroom is ready with a Walk in shower and soaking tub. An additional powder room is on the main level.

Cooling: The residence has central air conditioning.

Parking: The residence has a private parking garage that fits two large SUVs and easily three cars outside on the driveway.
