ID 342 - Montorgueil/Rue d'Aboukir ( II°)

Small but cute, a little compact but largely cosy and comfy. This is how I would describe our new apartment located in the street of Aboukir, only some walking distance away from the famous montorgueil area.

Welcome in our apartment. Located on the 7th floor in a well-maintained building, it offers small living area with an arm chair, a dining table that can accommodate 4 people with stools, an office desk and the equipped kitchenette with its crockeries. The bedroom has a convertible couch bed for 2. There is equally a shower cabine, toilette and a washing machine. The apartment comes with it’s own private high speed internet connexion. You will equally appreciate the lovely view of the city.

The area is very much appreciated for various reasons. Located on Aboukir Street in the 2nd district within the heart of Paris, you will be less than 10 min walk from Châtelet les Halles area and Less than 15 min walk from the Seine River or the Louvre Museum. A small walking distance away from the apartment, you will be on Montorgueil street, a true open market, which will make you appreciate the Parisian lifestyle with its cafés & restaurants, supermarkets, bakeries, butcher shops, fish shops, wine shops, delicatessen shops and many others. Less than 5-minute walking distance away, you will find the Metro Sentier (Line 2). The main transportation hub of Chatelet les Halles is also some 10 minutes walking distance away.
