The 5th is the oldest arrondissement in Paris. It was first built by the Romans as part of the city Lutecia, dating back to the 1st century BC. Today, the 5th retains a classical charm, with a mix of narrow, winding streets, quiet squares, and typical Parisian boulangeries and cafés. The property is located at the heart of the district, near the Panthéon. Book now to explore the beauty of the 5th!



The Space:

Ideally located on rue Mouffetard, a stone's throw from the Pantheon, this completely renovated apartment offers a comfortable setting to accommodate up to 4 travelers!



The apartment includes:

• A sleeping area: Queen Size bed (160 x 200) with new bedding and storage space.

• A living room: double sofa bed, Smart connected TV, storage and high-speed Wi-Fi access.

• An open equipped kitchen: hotplates, microwave, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, kitchen utensils, pots and pans.

• A dining area: designed to enjoy your meals comfortably.

• A bathroom: shower, toilet, washing machine, hairdryer, soap and shampoo.

Sheets, blankets, pillows and towels are provided for the duration of your stay.

The apartment also has laundry facilities: drying rack, iron and ironing board.



Important: Work is currently underway in the building, completely beyond our control. No complaint or request for compensation can be accepted on this subject.

The Neighborhood:

You are staying in one of the most lively and authentic districts of Paris, the legendary Rue Mouffetard, known for centuries for its daily market, its lively cafés and its typical atmosphere of the Latin Quarter. A few steps away, you can have a coffee or breakfast at popular addresses like Café Mouffetard and Dose – Dealer de Café, enjoy delicious crepes at Au P’tit Grec or taste the pastries at Maison Odette, all very popular with locals and visitors. For lunch or dinner, you will find many traditional brasseries and restaurants all along the street, as well as market stalls to discover lively French specialties. Change at Gare de l’Est to Metro Line 7 towards Mairie d’Ivry or Villejuif-Louis Aragon.

Get off at Place Monge station.

The accommodation is just a short walk away.



From Orly Airport:

Take the Orlyval train towards Antony.

Change at Antony to RER B towards Mitry-Claye.

Get off at Châtelet – Les Halles.

Change to Metro Line 7 towards Mairie d’Ivry or Villejuif-Louis Aragon.

Get off at Place Monge station.

The accommodation is just a short walk away.



From Gare du Nord:

Take Metro Line 5 towards Place d’Italie.

Family-Friendly Services:

If you require a cot and high chair, please inform us in advance (with 72 hours' notice). Subject to availability, we will be happy to provide these. However, please note that we do not provide baby linen.



Check-in & Check-out Times:

Check-in time begins at 3:00 PM and check-out time is 11:00 AM at the latest. For early arrivals or late departures, availability will be confirmed 24 hours prior, with any applicable fees clearly communicated.

Early Check-ins: Wishing to arrive before 3pm? We'll confirm only 24 hours prior, and it may cost 50% of a night's rate.

Late Check-outs: If you wish to stay a little longer past the official time, we'll confirm 24 hours prior, and you might be charged 50% of a night's rate.



Deposit Requirement:

A deposit of €250 is required to access the property, payable online ONLY by card via SWIKLY. You will receive a refund from 21 business days after your departure, provided no damages are noted.



Additional fees:

Key Management policy

Additional Key: This service is reserved only for stays of 15 days or more.

Do not leave the keys on the door or inside the apartment at any time.

Forgotten keys inside (requiring door opening): €80 fee.

Lost keys: €80 fee + cost of key replacement.

Keys not returned after check-out: Charged either the cost of key reproduction or, if necessary, the full cost of lock replacement — ranging from €100 to €2500, depending on the lock type.

Unauthorized Late Check-out: €90.

Cigarette Smell Detected After Your Stay: €450.

Internet Use:

Please refrain from using Internet access for the unauthorized reproduction or representation of copyrighted works. Please note that we are not responsible for internet malfunctions related to telecommunications operators, and this will not lead to compensation.



Professional Use and Photography:

Photo shoots, filming, professional meetings, or commercial uses are strictly prohibited without prior permission. Contact us for pricing and to obtain the necessary permissions.



Minimum Age Requirement:

Please be advised that the minimum age to make a reservation is 21 years. Individuals under 21 years will only be allowed to enter in the presence of an adult meeting this age requirement. Otherwise, they will not be allowed to stay on the property, and no refund requests will be accepted for non-compliance with this rule.

Things were good. Location excellent. Building was atill a bit under construction when we stayed. I feel some things need to be repaired or updated inside. But we are picky about that kind of stuff. So it may not bother some. Kitchen towel would be nice addition. And an espresso cup to fit under the spout of coffee maker. Otherwise great one night stay! Thank you!!
