Property Details:

This 29-sqm apartment is located on the 1st floor without an elevator. There is a space that can be used as a living, dining or home office area. It is furnished with a sofa bed, flat-screen TV and a dining table and chairs. The apartment includes Wi-Fi, suitable for working from home and making video calls.



The fully equipped kitchen has an electric tea kettle, sink, toaster, mini refrigerator, stove, drip coffee machine, oven and more. Full sets of dishes, cutlery and crockery are provided along with pots, pans and kitchen utensils. The flat comes with a clothes washing machine and drying rack. An iron and ironing board, vacuum, mop and broom are available.



The bedroom is street-facing, featuring a double-size bed with a superior-quality mattress. Professionally laundered sheets, comforters, pillows and pillowcases are provided to you, as well as bath towels for each guest. The flat has one bathroom with a shower, toilet and sink. The bathroom is equipped with a hair dryer plus complementary toilet rolls, shampoo, shower gel and hand soap to start your stay.



Our guests’ safety is our top priority, which is why the flat is professionally cleaned and sanitized before each arrival. The apartment is heated throughout during the winter months. There is no air conditioning, but portable fans can be provided upon request, subject to availability.



Important Information and Policies

- Check-in starts from 3:00PM. Late check-in fees may apply after 7:00PM (see below). Late check-in is subject to availability and it needs to be scheduled at least 24 h before arrival. The host reserves the right to decline a late check-in if the guest does not meet all the check-in requirements.

- Check-out is by 10:00AM.

- Damage Deposit: A refundable damage deposit of €800 must be paid via a secure payment link before arrival

- Strictly NON-smoking.

- Pets NOT allowed

- The apartment is NOT suitable for parties, events and photoshoots and the maximum number of guests should never exceed 4 people.

- Please note a noise monitoring device is installed at the property entrance for extra security and to ensure the peace of the property. This device is not located in any sleeping area or bathroom.

Just steps away, the lively Rue Montorgueil offers a vibrant mix of cafés, boulangeries, restaurants, cheese shops, and more. Iconic landmarks like the Pompidou Center, the Louvre, and the elegant Palais Royal with its hidden gardens are all within walking distance. With nearby access to Metro lines 8 and 9 at Grands Boulevards, getting around the city is easy - from the Eiffel Tower to Montmartre, the Champs-Élysées, and beyond. Les Halles station is just a 5-minute walk, offering fast connections to Charles de Gaulle and Orly airports.

Other Things to Note:

A baby bed can be provided upon request for an additional fee of €50 for your stay. A baby chair can be provided for €50. Both can be provide for €70. Please inquire once your reservation is confirmed.

*Wi-Fi may occasionally be unstable due to connectivity issues affecting the entire area or due to the service provider.

*The elevator is not guaranteed and may occasionally be out of service. Common areas, including stairwells, may vary in condition due to cleaning or maintenance.

*The property may vary slightly from the photos due to recent renovations, furniture rearrangements or other. This will be indicated in the description or photos when possible.

*In the instance that you you will NOT be doing a self check-in and a member of our Welcoming Team must meet you to provide the keys: if you arrive between 19:00 and 21:59 there will be a €50 late check-in fee. Between 22:00 and 00.59 there will be a €90 check-in fee. After 1 AM - €120 check-in fee. This fee is only payable in cash in local currency. Kindly give notice via SMS or email if you will be delayed and unable to check in at your pre-arranged time. Our Welcoming Assistant will wait for you at the meeting point. Late check-in is subject to availability and it needs to be scheduled at least 24 h before arrival. Management reserves the right to enter the property for purposes of inspection, maintenance, cleaning, or to show the unit to potential tenants. The Guest must allow Management or their representative (including workmen), with reasonable notice, access to the property at any reasonable time during their stay (except in an emergency or if a problem needs sorting out quickly and they cannot be contacted. In these urgent situations, Management can enter the property without giving prior notice). The Management has the additional right to conduct viewings of the property between the hours of 8:00 and 19:00. If any personal items are left behind, we will do our best to assist with their return or arrange a pick-up, but any associated costs or service fees will be the guest’s responsibility.
