The Cocoonr agency offers for rent, in Paris, in the lively Bastille district, this beautiful 30 m² studio located on the 1ᵉʳ floor of a building without a lift, which can accommodate up to 3 travellers, with fibre-optic Wi-Fi connection.

Please note that this accommodation is only available for medium-term stays (minimum 30 nights).

It comprises a living room with sofa bed, a bedroom with double bed (140x200), a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower. Linen is provided and your bed will be ready on arrival.

For added comfort, the studio has a work area and electric radiators.

Please note that the water tank allows for up to 4 hot baths of up to 7 minutes each, refilling only during the night.

The studio is ideally located in the heart of Bastille, close to numerous restaurants, bars, bakeries and shops. You can enjoy the local markets: Richard Lenoir (Thursdays and Sundays) and Aligre (closed on Mondays), as well as the Place des Vosges, a 12-minute walk away, and the shops of the Marais, including the famous Merci shop.

On site, you'll be welcomed by the Cocoonr team, who will be on hand throughout your stay to ensure maximum comfort and a pleasant stay.

To do this, we will need a few additional items (identity card, insurance, supporting documents).
Unfortunately, we will not be able to give you access to the accommodation unless you sign a contract in due and proper form.
