"Great hotel and facilities. Highly recommend it. We had a great stay. The service at all the bars could be a bit faster. It was lacking manpower during rush hour. People reserving the best transats early before breakfast and not coming before 10-11 is annoying and unrespectful but not specific to this hotel unfortunately. "

"We had a fantastic stay! The service was excellent, very friendly and helpful staff who made everything easy for us. The hotel is located right in the middle of the old town, so you truly have everything around you: restaurants, shops, and historic sights just steps away. Since cars can’t drive inside the old town, the hotel arranged for us to be picked up just outside and helped with the luggage, which made arrival stress-free. Perfect location, great service, and a wonderful experience overall. highly recommended!"

"My experience at this hotel was very disappointing. The level of customer service was far below expectations. staff were unresponsive and unhelpful whenever I raised concerns. The condition of the room was unacceptable, with ants visible throughout, including in the bathroom and near the bed. Despite informing the front desk, no action was taken to resolve the issue or offer alternative accommodation. Overall, this was one of the worst hotel stays I have encountered, and I cannot recommend this property to other travelers."

"Kjempeflott hotell som virkelig levde opp til forventingene. Fine rom med skandinavisk stil, kjempegod mat og drikke, nydelig spaavdeling og fint treningsrom. Man for en følelse av luksus på dette hotellet, og det har en helt spesiell og rolig atmosfære. Direkte tilgang til stranden med gode solsenger, nærhet til butikker og restauranter rett på utsiden av hotellet. Det er ikke kjempemye å gjøre i området, så passer seg aller mest for mennesker som ønsker avslapning og luksus. Ellers anbefaler jeg å leie bil, mye å finne på kun korte kjøreturer unna :)"

"We had a pleasant and comfortable stay at this hotel. I highly recommend booking a Junior Suite (or better) or any room with a view—it’s well worth the small additional cost. The standard mountain view room felt a bit dark and somewhat gloomy, though it’s perfectly fine if you don’t plan to spend much time in the room. We were fortunate to receive a complimentary upgrade to a Junior Suite, which we truly appreciated—thank you to the management for the generous gesture. The staff is kind, friendly and helpful. The all-inclusive package is decent for the price. While it’s not luxurious, it covers all the essentials and provides good value overall."
