«It was a beautiful view & sunrises worth getting up for. It is quiet & peaceful place. Did not realize I was sharing washer & dryer with people downstairs. Both doors unlocked and person knocked briefly once and walked through the door without allowing me to answer. He said he had a key and was allowed to use washer/dryer. Would of been nice to know. The place might have been fine if there was appropriate basics. The upstairs sofa bed is barely even a bed and is just a foamy. The interior needs more repair. «This is the cutest little property. Very cozy and inviting. It was nice to be out of downtown St.John’s but still within walking distance. Quidi Vidi is a perfect little community. All the amenities we needed were in the room. They even had ground coffee for us ready to go, however I thought it to be unsanitary to have the little scoop left in the container.
