«Bathroom door handle broken, stepped on a drill bit on the floor, seemed like it was cleaned in a hurry, can hear upstairs neighbors clearly which I didn’t love, place was hot when we came in, shower doesn’t work when the upstairs neighbors are using it at the same time I took a cold shower with a dribble, parking is not clear where you should park. «Condo was very nice. Discovered on second day that the fireplace in LR didn't work. Maintenance came out and discovered there was no cut off valve. The rep said that it hadn't been working since February and didn't know why it hadn't been fixed. She said something about it would cost 5,000 and the owner hadn't fixed it. It would have been nice to know that since we came from hot Houston and was looking forward to having a fire in the fireplace. Especially the day that it snowed. Primary ...
