«We stayed at 3 properties on this trip and this is the only one I don’t think I could recommend since I didn’t really feel welcomed, condo was missing things it should have had based on the listing, poor maintenance, and water issues. AC was completely turned off and it is a second story condo so the indoor temp when we got there was in the mid-90s and took 24 hours to cool down. When you know someone is coming turn on the AC. Missing items: paper towels, dish soap, sponges, hand ...

«It's a nice little place with all the amenities listed. Our family of 4 just wanted to go to the beach for the day and this was a great option as it is close to playa mantas and playa blanca. Chris, the property manager, was very helpful and even gave us some tips on where to park for our trip to the beach. The only criticism we have is that the sofa bed is not comfortable and cannot fit anyone over five foot six. We were hoping to use it for our teenage son but instead he had to share the bed ...

«This is a beautiful condo with pool and beach view in a well-run and maintained resort. The owner's staff is both competent and responsive. If there is any downside, it would only be for those who prefer a more central "downtown" location, but between a walkable beach, safe streets and Uber, that's really not a big deal.»

«The unit is in a percect location on the beautiful Jaco beach with mutiple balconies with views of the ocean and private roof top with sunset views. The rooms are clean with nice upgrades and vomfortable. The prooertyvis well maintained and has all essentials including a paddle board to take to the beach that is just few steps away. The pools are well maintained and the management is very prompt and responsive. A wonderful property that we plan to stay if we are coming back to Jaco.»

«Great place and very clean. Any issues we had Sergio resounded quickly to fix any issues and offered many recommendations since we weren’t familiar with the area. There is a new condo building going up in front of this one so the view was 75% obstructed and it was a little noisy. Very safe area and had no issues while on property. Restaurants within a 15-20 min drive, get your groceries before as the store next door is pricey. Would book again :) »

«I have stayed in many of the units at Bahia Encantada and this was the nicest one to date.it appeared to have been completely remodeled. the furniture was comfortable and it was stocked with the necessary cookware and appliances. i did miss having a toaster but that was a minor inconvenience. Overall it was a great stay. Do not miss eating at Clarita's next door also 5 stars»
