«A very unpleasant stay beginning with their sending me to a room in another building where the carpets were wet and being cleaned. Always had trouble finding someone at the front desk and when in my room, no one would ever answer my calls. The TV did not work, was set on loud, very loud, and couldn't change channels. One of the managers tried to fix it and threw up his hands--so sorry!!!!I would not recommend this hotel.»

«There were no bath towels in either bathroom. Front desk indicated they were short towels but had a few that were clean but scruffy. In fact they were ripped and frayed. The second night the towels received from the front desk had huge holes and rips but they were clean. Get new towels!!!!!!!!! Additionally, several of our party left with bug bites!!!!! Stove in the room did not work very well. We did discover we had left a stuffed toy and staff was very willing and accommodating to either ...

«This property was seriously misrepresented. Although the location was good, my stay was a huge disappointment. My non-smoking room smelled like an ashtray. The kitchen and desk lights did not work. The TV in the bedroom did not, either. The couch was really old, dusty and stained—I never sat on it. Upon check-in, I found black fuzzy dust bunnies in the bathroom and my shoes stuck to the tile floor. I will say that the bed was comfy and it was quiet. The shower had good water pressure.I ...

«Damp, musty smell. Carpet should be removed. I wonder if the upstairs units are the same? I'd like a lake view next time. I will be coming bk in Sept for an extended stay & would like a Lake view.»
