«Do not go here. Terrible service, bad food, tiny run down roomes that come apart (shower fixtures falling down etc.). We had to give back the food as its was so bad. Customer service did not help at all - no discount provided. This place may have been good 10+ years ago. No upgrades to any of the dirty old furniture since then. Today it is a dump. »

«The service level at this hotel is terrible. Don’t be deceived with the beautiful surrounding forests and the well marketed architecture. There is almost no service. The staff is like floating clueless ghosts and everywhere in the hotel is freezing. The food is also terrible. Nawelpi is certainly not a 5 star hotel. I’d like to meet the person who gave 5 stars to this hotel. At best it’s 3 stars. The indifferent attitude of the staff is unforgivable. In the room, almost nothing works. »

«Personal amable y preocupado. El refugio familiar esta en un lugar hermoso. Vista maravillosa a la desembocadura del lago. El depto es comodo y limpio. No obstante, le hace falta mantencion. Litera se cayo sobre uno de los niños. Las ventanas abrian con dificultad. Desgaste general. La cocina le falta equipamiento ( hervidor, microondas). Le faltan servicios, al menos desayuno y bar.»

«El hotel es realmente malo. Todo lo que dicen en expedia es mentira. La atencion es de las peores que he visto. Ellos te dicen exacto a que hora tienes que tomar desayuno. Parece mas una carcel que un hotel. Solo tienen agua caliente desdevlas 8 a las 10 am, si te quietes duchar en otro horario es con agua fria. Para llegar al estacionamiento el camino esta pesimo, si no cas en una 4x4 es imposible llwgar y tienes que subir a pie. No puerdan su dinero ni vacaciones. Es terrible el hotel. Yo al ...

«Sweet little cabin lakeside near Puerto Fuy. Very peaceful and beautiful location and surroundings. The cabin was fine, lovely build, but inside quite worn out and we felt a little disappointed given the nightly rate. There were some touches / standards we were surprised by given the cost - eg no shampoo, conditioner or soap, very worn out / rusty / broken furniture.
