«Utmerket hotel. God service , fin beliggenhet på stranden. Meget god frokost, men savnet grovt brød. God resturang.»

«Staff and owners treat you well»

«Staff are polite and friendly in all departments. The lobby is refreshing and beautiful to hang around. There are some little things that needs fixing in the room, for ex the shower leaks after turning it off. The screw where the towels hanged is a little wobbly. All in all, our stay is excellent. Spacious rooms and beds in de luxe rooms. Quiet area in contrast to Alona beach nightlife.»

«terrible stay. staff were rude, rooms were not clean at all. these furnitures need upgrade. some chairs were even spotted with bloods...dining at the hotel is pricey and small portion. I was not able to get a taxi because it is too far away from the main street. I will never go back to this hotel again»

«The Cocotree Resort is a modern retreat. It’s accessible from the main road, but once you’ve entered the resort, you’ll feel like you’re in an excluded area. It’s peaceful and serene. There is a restaurant on site with other eateries within walking distance. A shuttle is offered to take you to the local beaches, though Grab car services are very reasonably priced. The rooms are spacious, clean and very comfortable. The staff are very helpful and welcoming. I will definitely look to book here ...

«Nice hotel and very friendly staff. The rooms are very basic but ok. However, the beds are horrible and really hard!!! Trouble sleeping and problems with our back. The staff was friendly and tried to add extra cover on the bed, but unfortuantely it did not help that much. The air condition is very good, but it is very loud. The first impression of the breakfast was not so good, but the the food was actually very good. They had pancakes, waffles, eggs, nuddles, rice, fruit and so on. There was ...

«The prize just good ,the room is cleaned, staffs are good.»

«We had a great stay and will be back!»

«There are many places that offers more value for money. Not really clean, gives a worn down impression and only chinese writing on tv. The staff in the reception was nice and smiling. »

«Clean room, staff and comfort»

«Room full of mosquitos»

«Locsation not bad other than road to the locsaiton is a massivly messed up dirt road with a lot of patching needing to happen. so getting in a an out is very complicated if you rent a scooter. large rock in road and holes with pile of dirt to patch holes just sitting right on side and to close to wher eypou need to drive. »

«No tv, no elevator, cash deposit demanded. Beach full of debris . Staff very hard working , friendly and helpful .»
