«Unfortunately the location showed the apartment was located at Playa Bonita but it is actually located in Chumical which is 20km away. We were advised by friends who reside in Playa Bonita, whom we wanted to stay close to, that taxis/Uber’s dont go to Chumical and the area is for “adventurous” travelers so we forfeited our non-refundable booking. The host offered a different date but this didn’t resolve the above concerns. »

«The views were amazing and the house was great size for our family of 12. Having multiple bedrooms all with an attached bathroom. There were many concerns however. The host response was delayed; sometimes up to 3 days. The water took some time to warm up and sometimes the water shut off completely. The water flow in the kitchen was terrible making it difficult to wash anything. Th amount of cooking utensils was limited. There was only one working knife. "This is a 10/10 hotel. Friendly staff, very clean. The bell boys/girls and staff by the entrance really made our stay!! Super helpful, always offering to help and welcoming. Breakfast was good, but we did run into some issues with lunch at the restaurant. We (the kids in particular) were bummed that the pool was closed for private events 3 days out of the 6 nights we spent there…"
