Gjør deg klar for de beste stranddagene noensinne i denne elegante moderne Village of South Walton-leiligheten!  Ligger i sentrum av Seacrest Beach - den sjarmerende kystbyen som ligger i østenden av Scenic Highway 30-A mellom Rosemary Beach og Alys Beach.  Du vil glede deg over lounging ved bassenget, uformell sykling, utforske stier og selvfølgelig Gulf-farvannet når du ferierer i denne fantastiske 3-roms leilighet med 2 bad. 
 
Denne enheten har en førsteklasses beliggenhet i 4. etasje, og har en frisk kystfargepalett, en privat balkong med utsikt over landsbyen og fantastisk utsikt over Gulf og utover.  Fasilitetene inkluderer et oppdatert kjøkken med rustfrie hvitevarer, stor 55 "flatskjerm-TV i stuen, privat balkonginngang fra master suite, et stort boblebad og dobbelt forfengelighet i eget bad med master bad, vaskemaskin / tørketrommel og TV i hver soverom.  Tilgang til stranden er også gratis skyttelbuss.
 
Bare noen skritt fra inngangsdøren er et basseng med splash pad med fontener, et stort samfunnsbasseng, boblebad, gassgriller, gode shoppingmuligheter og tilgang til en sykkelsti på 17 kilometer.  På bakkenivå av leiligheten finner du en rekke detaljhandelstilbud, inkludert sykkelutleie, iskrembutikk og Seacrest Sundries, som tilbyr dagligvarer, frokost og lunsj-smørbrød. The location is great, kitchen is well stocked, we had everything we needed. A very easy walk to shops, restaurants and the beach or you can easily take the shuttle.Would recommend and stay again!

Loved the condo but beach access in this area is very difficult! Would stay closed to beach next time. Loved the condo. Very clean. Furnished well with nice linens. Even with the tram, beach access is not what I expected. Close to a lot of things. Drove back into Panama City for better public beach use.

Great Fall Break at the Beach

This is a great unit with nice fury and fresh paint. The kitchen is well stocked with what you need. The location can’t be beat with great food steps away.

July Stay 2022

We enjoyed our time at Seacrest Beach (family of 5, three children under 10). We had access to food and shops right below us, a pool right behind us and a beach just a short walk (or tram ride depending on time of day) away. The condo was as advertised. Live music played below us every night, but you could either let in the sound or block it out and it did not go too late. Very enjoyable stay.

Amazing location and super comfortable!

This unit is very clean with comfortable beds and furniture. The location was perfect for our family with access to all of our favorite shops and restaurants. Having the pool close by was the best! I would encourage the owners to upgrade the shower heads and hot water heater. The tank is so small that our family had to spread out showers over a few hours to allow it to heat more water. Other than that, the stay was excellent!

The rental was extremely clean, had such a beachy feel and it had everything we needed. The owner even added a birthday cake and adult beverages for husband’s 50th birthday. The location was perfect. We loved having the shops and restaurants right below us. The live entertainment each night was one of our favorite parts of our stay. We also rented bikes for the week, and loved biking around. We are already planning a trip back over the summer and will definitely be using Russell Vacation Rentals! Thank you for a perfect family getaway!

Perfect location

The condo is perfectly situated for convenient access to all amenities. A short walk to the pool and the beach made it easy to enjoy both activities. The distance to rosemary beach made it an enjoyable walk for dinner or shopping. The location overlooking peddler pavilion made for relaxing evenings enjoying the musicians after the kids had gone to bed. Being located on the 4th provided views and quiet with less traffic. The condo was very nice and comfortable for our families stay. I would definitely stay with this rental company again as they were very responsive and helpful from beginning to end.

The nearby Peddlers Pavilion is excellent. Only issue was that the AC vacilates ~5-10 degrees hot and cold from what you set it to. Maybe its because its in a condo? Can be a weird experience but not ultimately bad. Host was very responsive and clear.

Relaxing time

Great location. Unit very well designed. We stayed at similar unit in the past. This one needs little more attention. Lightbulb burned in master bath and others do not match a far as bulb shades. In similar units we rented before there was better cloth drawer options in master bedroom. Average furniture compared to other units. Need blinds in living room as at night if you have lights on it is very revealing to the outside.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our first visit to Seacrest/Rosemary Beach area and it did not disappoint. This condo is in a prime location with a very short walk to the beach and immediate access to the pool. Peddler’s Pavillian is located immediately downstairs with several great shops and restaurants. Rosemary Beach shopping and restaurants are a short walk (maybe 3 minutes) and definitely worth checking out. The condo was clean and well laid out with plenty of room for our family of 5. All the appliance were in working order. Customer service was excellent. The check in code was not working, but their customer service was super friendly and got it worked out within a couple minutes. I can’t say enough great things about this condo and this company. We are already looking to rebook.

Location!

We love this area. Perfect location to walk to Rosemary shops and restaurants and not as busy or as chaotic as Seaside. Also, the distance to ride a bike to the big chill is great. Only reason I’m giving this review 4 stars rather than 5 is because the email I got 3 days prior to the trip did not contain all the info I needed for “what to pack”. It failed to mention that the unit did not have beach towels, which seems silly. In fact, it lacked accessories/amenities that we’ve had in other units at this same complex. Like beach chairs, towels, adequate toilet paper, and bathroom towels. When I reached out to management and showed them the language of the email I received they just kept sending me the email that they sent me two weeks prior to our trip, which was different from the email I received 3 days prior. They should be consistent with their messaging and not argue with paying guests.

Very Disappointed

Loved the property at first - it was clean and we loved the location at first. However, we had a view of a construction trash dumpster off our balcony and constant construction all day long, heard teenagers screaming and running around until 1 AM and the police outside nightly, and the topper was one of the showers was broken and it took 2-3 days to fix it. So, we had to have 6 people using one shower and the management company that we had to contact did nothing to make this right - or make it better or any discount given, etc. Finally, we had rented bikes from the bike rental located at the place! Renter beware it’s a scam. 2 out of our 3 locked up bikes left at the property where they were supposed to be were missing - and we were charged $428 for a bike. Either this is due to the security issues at the condo with the out of control teenagers running around all night - or the bike place does it and then re-rents the bikes again after we had to pay an unexpected $428 per bike!! Overall this could have been a good vacation location - but I was very disappointed they did nothing to make this better.

The place was pretty, spacious, comfortable and clean. The check-in process was easy and communication with management was excellent. And what a location! Walking distance from the beach and the little shopping and restaurant area by the Pearl. I would definitely recommend and stay there again.

Great location, clean and comfortable

We’ve stayed at this complexed before and loved it. We picked this top floor corner unit for quiet, privacy and view. It was fantastic! The place was clean and comfortable. We loved having access to extra pillows, linens, etc. The dryer was squeaky so we couldn’t run it during meals or while we slept. Also wished the pool was cooler and less like bath water but we very much enjoyed our stay.

Location was great! Ease of access to tram to beach. Spacious and tastefully decorated.

Check in process easy and instructions complete. While we enjoyed the space and location , the floor was dirty on our bare feet when we arrived, but everything else clean. We might suggest a full length mirror somewhere, too. We accidentally left a wristband and want to know how to send it back. We will be back home Monday. Thank you
