Perfect beach house

Wonderful house for families, quiet neighborhood, ocean views from living area and covered porch, very comfortable beds, ideal location close to beach walkover and multiple pools, easy walk to cafe and pizza, we absolutely loved our stay thanks for a great vacation!!

Family vacation so close to beach

The property was clean. Kitchen and Living room on 3rd floor. Kids bunk hallway is just inside front door. It was kinda weird but it worked out. The house had beach toys, boards, beach towels and 2 lounge chairs with umbrella…nice to have!!! We loved the location, just steps from the beach walkway!! There is an outdoor shower to rinse off. Lots of pots and pans, we cooked almost every night. We would definately stay here again!

Seaside Serenity???

It’s a great house. The master bedroom bed is extremely soft, to the point of not comfortable. The upstairs deck has a deadbolt that does not work. Overall it’s a great house that includes all the necessities👍

Splendid time

This is our second year at seaside serenity - our 3-generation family truly enjoys this property. We appreciate the proximity to the beach and front pool. Our family is able to spread out within the house. It is always clean and we approach the clear communication with management.

Fantastic

We recently enjoyed a week-long stay over Spring Break at Seaside Serenity and could not have been more pleased with it. The property was clean and ready ahead of schedule, Karen was a pleasure to o work with, the layout worked well for our group of 10, and the kitchen was fully stocked with some of the best quality cookware, which made cooking for many and cleaning up afterwards a breeze. The view from the balcony was beautiful and it was a short walk to the beach or one of the many pools. We look forward to bringing our family back for many years to come.

Pretty awful

Based off photos, we were excited to rent the home. However, we found used cigarettes in the home, there was construction around us daily, waking us up in the morning. Painters blocked the boardwalk to the beach. The restaurants were closed during spring break. Departure was strictly 9 a.m., so we spent our last evening and (early!) morning cleaning and doing laundry according to the house rental guidelines. Still yet, as we were traveling home, I received an additional charge beyond the original hefty housekeeping fee. When I asked why, I was met with very rude comments from the property owner. All in all, a pretty awful experience.

Great trip

We have stayed in various properties in Carillon Beach. This was our first time at Seaside Serenity and all of our family asked for us to reserve it again. The layout worked well for a three generation family. We appreciated the plastic plates as well as glass in the kitchen for the kids. The close proximity to the beach walkover and beach pool were great. The beds were comfortable and the house was clean. They do have some beach towels if you need to rotate your own. We love this community and will look forward to returning!

Great place, great neighborhood.

Carillon Karen (property manager) was fantastic! I would suggest getting groceries delivered through instacart. We’ve stayed here in Carillon 3 times and this place did not disappoint.

Family Vacation

Wonderful week at the beach with our family. Great location, just steps from the walkover to the beach. The house was extremely clean upon arrival. The kitchen is well stocked with cooking supplies. We enjoy this property due to the close proximity to the beach and are quite familiar with it. We have rented several different homes in Carillon beach in the last 10 years for our family beach vacation. (This was the 3rd visit to this same home, first time since it changed owners). The only recommendations we would make is to invest in a new sleeper sofa on the downstairs level and a more efficient ice maker. The property manager was helpful and brought over some ice initially. The sleeper sofa is worn out, same one from previous visits (springs are felt when sleeping). The property manager was easily accessible by phone and very kind and helpful. Comcast/cable was not working for the two TV’s in the main living areas for the first 2 days but this was fixed by Monday. She was kind to rearrange furniture delivery until after our departure. (We has a lot going on the scheduled day Friday) packing and airport trips and needed to be able to access the bedroom and living area for showers and packing during the delivery window so we appreciate the rescheduling. The house has three sofas in the main living area so plenty of seating for our group of nine. The back patio has a beautiful view of the ocean and perfect for morning coffee. It is a great house and we made lots of precious family memories with our kids. Please bring back the front porch swing. Even though the concerts were cancelled in the green due to COVID, we used to love sitting in it and listening to the music In the evenings during the previous years on the front porch. Thank you allowing to enjoy this beautiful property.

Perfect Christmas with Family.

We rented this home for our four kids, spouses, their babies and us. They kinda came two sets at a time and with the three bedrooms it worked well for us. The layout is 4 levels. Top floor is living and kitchen with a half bath. The next level is the master suite. The next level is the front door and two bedrooms with twin bunks in the hallway. The lowest floor is the back door and the enclosed garage second living or guest room with couch bed and laundry. So for privacy it was pretty good! There is no bathroom in the lowest level so those people had to go into one of the first level bedrooms to a bathroom or up one other level to the master suite or all the way up to use the half bath. The top living area we had a bit of a hard time keeping it cool. But there were a lot of us up there and a lot of cooking going on! But for those couple of shortcomings the access to the beach was by far the best ever! There was hardly anyone there! We were told by neighbors the few homes on the beach there by us don’t rent out so the privacy was amazing! The kids rode scooters in the roundabout over and over. So for families who love to be together this is the best place ever! Our kids want us to book again for next year! We loved it and the memories made. “The blue house” as the littles called it was absolutely perfect for all of us! We were blessed so much with this rental.

Family Vacay 2019

Gorgeous home and perfect location

This home is absolutely gorgeous and the perfect place for a beach vacation. The location to the beach is the best you can find. We were even able to walk over barefoot since it is so incredibly close. The layout was really nice and gave us plenty of different areas to be in. There is a large balcony with a dining table off the kitchen so we ate most of our meals outside. The beds are all super comfortable and the the whole house is beautifully decorated. We also appreciated that each room had a tv that worked with several channels so the younger kids could enjoy a show when they had spent too much time in the sun. There are 2 large living rooms which are great if you have a bigger group and need to spread out. The home is in great condition and updated. The beach was beautiful and not crowded. We were able to find a lot of really good shells on the beach and the kids had a blast boogie boarding. The water was so clear and sand was like sugar. We will definitely be back to stay in this house. We had the most amazing vacation!

Cute beach house, GREAT location!

We just returned from a week at Seaside Serenity. First off, this is a cute beach house, but you would be hard pressed to find a better location. This is our first time staying in a house, but I would say you are much closer to the beach in this house than in any gulf-front condominium, plus you can enjoy the gulf views from the living area and kitchen. With three bedrooms and hall bunks, there was plenty of room for our two families. We also liked that there was living space on the lower level that the boys age 10-15 enjoyed.......they referred to it as the "man cave"! I feel that the pictures were a good representation of the house. It was clean and the bedding was comfortable. The only drawbacks of this house was the fact that in the July heat, the upper level living area was a little warm in the afternoons and the bath in the first guest bedroom was very small. I loved the fact that we had two beach chairs and umbrella reserved for us every day and there were even additional chairs, floats and some toys available for us to use in the house as well. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay in Seaside Serenity
