«Clean and comfortable stay
The room was clean and nicely maintained, exactly as pictured. I had a pleasant stay overall.
One small note for future guests: the house rules ask you to wash your dishes before leaving, but the only sink available is in the bathroom, which can feel a bit awkward for dishwashing. Not a dealbreaker, just something to be aware of.
Would recommend for a short stay.»

«Cute place in Belmont that had all of the amenities we needed while work was being done on our house. Location was perfect for us. Yes, there were a lot of stairs, but was fine for us. The upside is that the cottage is really quiet.»

«We were in Berkeley for just a couple of days and stayed in this home for one night. It was my first time booking a home, and we really enjoyed our stay. «The space is exactly as advertised. Bring sandals to go between the loft and the studio and to get out to the hot tub!The views from the hot tub were top notch. The studio doesn't have its own heating element and we found it a bit cold so we slept in the loft, but if you're going to need both keep that in mind. There isn't a dedicated spot to dry dishes either so know that. Overall we loved the location, the host was nice and communicated well with us. Thank you!»
