«We had a great stay at the Chalet. It was exactly as advertised. We enjoyed the wood burning fireplace and hot tub. The kitchen was well equipped and the furnishings were very inviting. The Chalet is a quick 10-15 minute drive from all the dining and shopping in Jim Thorpe. We went back and forth a few times and it was super easy. Would definitely recommend staying here! We'll be back in the warmer (less icey) weather to do some hiking and more exploring! »

«Check in time was at 4. We arrived at 5 and the host was still there folding towels. Upon walking into the house, we could smell a strong air freshener smell which became overwhelming all throughout the house. The couches smelled strongly like Frebreze along with the blankets and towels. The sheets were stained and wrinkled. The refrigerator door had a very loud “pop” when opened and closed. «We only stayed for 1 night because we were passing through the area but really enjoyed it. Great place - clean, comfortable, and quiet - and seems like it’s in a great location even though we couldn’t take advantage of what was around :) Would stay here again.»

«We chose this location because of its proximity to Pocono Raceway. The communication with the host was excellent and the check in process was flawless. The house was neat and clean with the basic essentials provided. The home does not have central air but does have very capable floor units in both bedrooms. This was my very first stay using the VRBO platform and I hope all of my future experiences will be as good as this one. I would highly recommend this host and property. »
