Pickalbatros Hôtel Du Golf - Adults Friendly 16 Years Plus- All-Inclusive

"Fantastic hotel, with all the necessities. The personell was nice and always helpful, huge buffet with every kind of food you need. Entertainment that varied each night. A café with good opening hours. The room was a good size and clean. The only thing to put a finger on I think was the bathroom. I would never design it that way, not very practical. There is no wall in to the bedroom, only blinds. So you can imagine you share all your bathroom noice with anyone you are staying with. The muslim shower was on the wrong side(left), not practical at all. Only one peg in the bathroom, so where should you hang all your clothes? The indoor swimming pool (depth 1,5 m), the fitness senter and the spa is in a separate building, accessible (only) with a golf cart. The outdoor swimming pools are 1,4 m and 1,1 m (next to loud music ). The environment is nice, international public. We saw several elderly people, and hijabis. Everyone is included. All in all a very successful stay. We enjoyed:). This hotel is easily recommended!"

Barcelo Palmeraie Oasis Resort

"Stayed here for 1 night with my wife. We chose not to extend our stay after that. Nice hotel with modern and clean rooms, located in a quiet area. However, the hotel is about a 25-minute drive from Marrakech. The food was decent and certainly edible, but it was not particularly memorable. The hotel offers a shuttle service to and from the city center during your stay, which is a positive. However, it is disappointing that this service is not available upon arrival or departure. In those cases, you need to book a taxi, which costs around 100 MAD to get into the city. Check-in went smoothly, but it did not feel entirely professional or in line with what one would expect from a resort. Having stayed at several resorts before, I also feel that this hotel does not live up to a typical resort experience. A major downside is that the hotel did not answer the phone, either before or during our stay, despite several attempts to contact them. When the shuttle service cannot be used upon arrival and departure, good communication becomes even more important. This is particularly challenging in Marrakech, where taxi services are not always reliable. I also did not find the staff especially helpful or service-minded. I stayed here using points and therefore did not pay out of pocket. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this hotel if you are looking for an all-inclusive resort experience. I will not stay here again based on the level of service I experienced."
