Welcome to this fantastic villa in the Puntiró residential area, on the outskirts of Palma, which offers accommodation for up to 10 guests and is ideal for those seeking privacy and relaxation.
The outdoor areas are one of the main attractions of the property. The villa features a private chlorine pool measuring 10x4 metres with a depth ranging from 2 to 2.5 metres, ideal for swimming and cooling off, as well as an integrated jacuzzi. The garden combines paved areas and lawned spaces, offering the chance to relax on the sun loungers or enjoy a refreshing shower after a day of sightseeing. The terrace located at the main entrance is furnished with sofas and is perfect for having a drink at sunset or unwinding with open views of the natural surroundings.
The interior is laid out over three floors. On the ground floor there is a bright living room with Smart TV, where the fireplace is decorative, an open-plan dining area and a fully equipped kitchen with an induction hob and all the necessary utensils to prepare your favourite dishes. This floor has 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and 1 guest toilet. The master bedroom features a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with bathtub and hydromassage shower. The second bedroom, also with a double bed, has an en-suite bathroom with shower. The third and fourth bedrooms share a bathroom with bathtub; one has two single beds and the other a double bed. There is also a guest toilet serving this floor. All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning, oil-fired central heating, wardrobes and direct access to the terrace. There is also a washing machine, iron and ironing board. Upstairs, the first floor is entirely occupied by the fifth bedroom, with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with shower, as well as a relaxation area to read a good book while enjoying the views. It is also equipped with air conditioning, heating, wardrobe and access to a private terrace. If you are travelling with your baby, we can provide a cot and a high chair.
The villa is located in the peaceful area of Puntiró, northeast of Palma. It is surrounded by open countryside and gentle hills, offering a relaxed and private setting while still being close to services and urban life. Just a few minutes’ drive away is Pòrtol, a charming village with bars, restaurants and supermarkets for everyday needs. For a wider range of options, Palma is only a 15-minute drive away, with its varied cultural, gastronomic and shopping offer. The southern beaches of the island can be reached in around 20 minutes, and the location is also ideal for exploring the Serra de Tramuntana or enjoying cycling and hiking routes through the Mallorcan countryside.
We kindly ask for responsible energy use: 30 kW per night are included in the price, but an additional charge will apply for extra consumption.
The washing machine is located in the basement, a space intended solely for doing the laundry.
A change of towels and sheets during the stay is included.
