I transformed my home into a modern, open, clean lines and minimalist. In 2022 I had a high-pressure misting system installed; this system cools the sunset/pool & veranda by about 15 degrees. It makes it nice to sit outside and enjoy the aura of Palm Springs and our little compound. We sit on a large lot.
The pool even has a private outdoor bathroom, and an outdoor shower!
Guest access
Whole home with private yard, pool and garage with remote for ease of entry. Doering-PS is using self-check in during COVID-19 & CDC Compliant. Owners’ RV parking-Storage/Studio are completely separate/private and off limits to Guests. Our home sits on over a ¼ acre lot. Your privacy is guaranteed.

Palm Springs has a very tight policy on interrupting neighbors, NOISE REGULATIONS ARE STRICTLY ENFORCED; VIOLATION WILL RESULT IN CITY CITATION $500 you pay AND EVICTION By Palm Spring STR Law! Read “Good neighbor brochure so you know the law and don’t fall victim to this circumstance. Review and acceptance of rental agreement required prior to arrival, ask any questions before arrival if you don’t understand STR Laws of Palm Springs.
Pets are negotiable; many guests are not pet friendly and we deep clean so there will be no pet remnants or dander, this is only possible with concrete floors and a very strict pet polity. Our contract includes strict policy, if there is any sign of pet hair or dander in sheets we replace with new ones and charge for new sheets. When I choose to accept a pet there is a $125 fee, this fee is for exceptional deep cleaning. Owners’ RV parking-storage/studio are completely separate/private and off limits to guests. Your privacy is guaranteed.
We highly suggest reviewing trip-insurance in case you are traveling for concerts, flights etc. I can forward a suggestion! So please inquire, it is much more reasonable than expected.

Palm Springs! Private warm and fabulous. We are South West of Airport, 2 miles to downtown Palm Springs. Super friendly Family neighborhood, you will feel safe n sound as all my neighbors are my friends and we watch out for each other without being Mrs. Kravitz. You’ll feel right at home in fabulous Palm Springs with beautiful views, sun sets and poolside setting and enjoy the evening around the campfire, relax Palm Springs style! I ride a bike around the neighborhood or to Demuth Park in the evening. Demuth Park is 3 minutes or 0.6 miles by bike.

Palm Springs Ca is one of the more affordable areas in Palm Springs, Ca. For those looking to live on the south end of town, Demuth Park is an area to be considered. A majority of the homes in this area were built in the 1950’s. As a result, buying a home is very affordable. What’s unique about this area is the fact that many of the homes have been remodeled. Over the past several years, Demuth Park has become an area many desire. The neighborhood got its start during the postwar boom. The area has a creative spirit attracting different types of artists. Please return after use, if you are brave enough to change a bike tube, please let me know so I can put a new spare tube in cabinet (I like keeping spares of most items)
