OUTSIDE: Enjoy breathtaking panoramic views overlooking two mountain ranges, fairway lakes, water features, and the most spectacular sunsets on the enlarged patio downstairs or the ensuite wrap-around balcony upstairs. Gather around the outside dining table while grilling up your favorite meals with friends on the lit patio with a new gas Weber BBQ grill. Sip cocktails while relaxing in the sun on the loungers and watch golfers play the 15th hole on the Challenger course. Just steps off the patio is one pool to the left and another pool to the right, two buildings down. Both areas feature heated swimming pools and separate spas with plenty of extra loungers and tables with umbrellas.

INSIDE: You'll find a beautifully furnished two-story home with bright open spaces. The fully stocked kitchen features brand-new appliances ready for any cooking, baking, or entertaining needs. The open living area surrounds a gas fireplace for those colder desert winter nights and a large screen TV with surround sound controller and extra seating. A private first-floor powder room, a hidden yet large laundry area, and two dining areas (main dining room + breakfast nook) are a perfect accompaniment for living and entertaining. Upstairs are two fairway-side ensuite rooms with fully remodeled spa-like baths, both with spectacular views. Note the picture descriptions for details on each room.

GARAGE: The separate two-car garage is accessible via a provided remote-controlled entry and a side locking door that enters a tranquil courtyard entrance to the property.

Guest access
The entire two-level condo is yours for your stay. We provide a keyless self-check-in.
Other things to note
*We are PVCC Tennis/Spa members, so our guests receive access to the Tennis Club and Athletic Club and facilities. There is a guest Tenant Pass registration fee of $25. To take advantage of the facilities, simply present your guest Tenant Pass and pay the applicable guest Tenant fees (very reasonable) based on your use during your visit.
- Driving Range Only: $20/day
- Tennis: $20/day or $40/week
- Athletic Club: $15/day or $30/week
(The Olympic lap pool is included in the Athletic Club guest Tenant fee. However, if you just want to use the pool, you can bring your own towels, and there is no charge.)

These guest Tenant fees are the same for ALL renters within PVCC. For long-term renters, please let us know your membership level interest, and we'll help make accommodations. As an FYI, course guest Tenant fees are:
- Championship Course: $175/18 holes & $65/9 holes
- Challenge Course: $76/18 holes & $40/9 holes

The Clubhouse Main Dining Room and Palm Valley Lounge are open to the public. Reservations are recommended and note there is a dress code. You can also enjoy casual dining at Bogies Grill for breakfast and lunch daily.
