The Space:
Beautiful condo, 2 Bedrooms, 2 Baths, (Sleeps 6) - NEW KITCHEN AND FLOORS

Our condo is located in a gated community in the Palm Valley Country Club and on the 3rd hole of the championship golf course which has a beautiful view of the water.

The Bedrooms:

We just recently replaced the master room bed with a King Tempurpedic Countour Elite Bed. This combined with the 600 thread count Egyptian sheets will ensure the most restful nights sleep before your next day's adventure. From the master bedroom, the soft sounds of the fountains will lull you to sleep. Wonderful, HD quality flat screens are in both the Master bedroom and 2nd Bedroom.

Kitchen and Grill:

The kitchen has been remodeled with granite countertops. It is also fully stocked with everything a budding chef needs. We also have new appliances: New Front Load Washer, New Dryer, New Oven, and New Dishwasher. On the front patio, there is a CHAR-BROIL True Infrared bar-b-que grill for all your grilling needs.

Living Room:
Our spacious living area contains a gorgeous yet comfortable sectional that can seat a whole family, and a lounge chair that is so soft and inviting that you'll want to flip a coin to see who gets to sit in it first.


If you are not familiar with Palm Valley Country Club, it is one of the finest Private Country Clubs located in the desert. The greatest part is that it is only 10 miles from all the fun in downtown Palm Springs. We are located very close to Westfield Mall, Restaurant Row, Exquisite Shopping on El Paseo, Treasured Golf Courses, Hiking, Knott's Soak City, Bristol Farms, Ralphs Grocery Store around the corner, and so much more.

Palm Valley Country Club is a guard gated community. It is one of the most prominent Clubs in the area and staying at our property will give you and your guests access to this club!(for a fee, up to 6). Once you've arrived, feel free to check out the Pro shops, dine in the restaurants, purchase spa services or utilize the professional Hair/Nail Salon. The 100,000 square foot clubhouse is magnificent. The club house has fine dining and casual dining (Bogies Grill). The dining room is elegant and the food is fantastic. Every Friday night is PASTA Night, which we can assure is an event that can't be missed. There is also a beautiful cocktail lounge attached. The sprawling golf course view from the restaurant and bar is truly a sight to behold.

Our property comes with a two car garage to keep your vehicles cool and clean. Take a spin on our bicycles for a bit of exercise and fresh air or stay inside and enjoy a puzzle or a board game. Beyond the gates of this beautiful facility, there are so many activities and restaurants to choose from. From casual to fine dining, the restaurants in Palm Desert are sure to delight your whole family. From theatres, to golf, hiking, bicycling, and world class shopping, this area offers everything you need for a peaceful vacation. A day out for us might look like this: A short drive to the River Shopping Complex, afterwards heading to the theatre for a movie, then dining at one of the many restaurants in town, a stop for refreshments at the coffee shop or may some dessert, and then head on back to this beautiful home to rest and enjoy the views of the Golf Course and gorgeous pond behind the home.

Guest Access:
With your stay at our property, guests will have Full Access to the Palm Valley Country Club with small tenant fee per facility.

You must register your group(up to 6) at the clubhouse reception desk to receive a Tenant Pass which will allow access to the Club's facilities.

Tenant Fees:
Tennis: $20/Day or $40/Week
Athletic Club: $15/Day or $30/Week

*The Club pool is included in the Athletic Club guest fee. However, if you just want to use the pool, you may bring our own towels and there is no charge unless you go into the Athletic Club or participate in a pool class.

General Policies

Absolutely no activities other than golf are allowed on the golf course. No
walking, jogging and children playing.
• Fairways, greens or traps may not be used for practice.
• Tee Time reservations may be made up to 5 days in advance.
• No fishing in the lakes.
• Children under 16 years of age may not use the spas, athletic club or pools unless accompanied
by an adult.
• Pets are never allowed on the golf course, around or within pool areas or inside the clubhouse.
• Pet owners must carry and use clean-up equipment when walking pets.

Dress Code

Clubhouse: Shirts must be worn at all times. Men must wear collared shirts tucked in with sleeves.
Ladies shirts must come to the point of the shoulder. Shorts must be Bermuda length or golf style.
Tennis, running, swim, bicycle or cut-off jeans are not permitted. Please remove visors and hats upon
entering the clubhouse.
Golf Course: Golf shoes must have soft spike or rubber-soled flat shoes. No denim.

Guest access to Palm Valley’s facilities are based on the owner's membership. Access to the golf courses for our property is not included, however, there are over 125 golf courses in the Coachella Valley… The closest to usat Desert Willow and JW Marriott Desert Springs. Guests have pay peruse access to the restaurants, hair salon, and day spa.

Guest access to Palm Valley’s facilities are based on the owner's membership. Access to the golf courses for our property is not included, however, there are over 125 golf courses in the Coachella Valley… many just minutes away. Guests have pay peruse access to the restaurants, hair salon, and day spa.

Getting Around:
We have bikes that can be used. Once Liability forms have been filled out and sent, we will provide the code to the lock. Please make sure to check and pump the tires for the bikes, if necessary(25-30 Psi). We just ask that our guests help us to take care of any vehicles used!

Other Things to Note:
The grill uses natural gas, so no propane is needed.

For the security of our guests and the safety of our home, we have external security cameras.

We do allow pets, but there is a fee of $100 per pet, per stay. Please help us take care of the home!
