Spacious Retreat: Heated Pool, Near Top Beaches

A Florida vacation everyone will enjoy! Welcome to High Tide Palm Coast! This 3 bed + 2 bath home has plenty of space for the entire family, multiple families, or a large group of friends! With a private, fenced-in backyard featuring a saltwater HEATED pool complete with lounge chairs, outdoor dining & grill. High Tide is centrally located, making it easy to get to Flagler Beach, St. Augustine, Daytona, & Jacksonville!

High Tide Palm Coast was designed to create a relaxing & fun Florida vacation. You'll find comfortable & coastal decor indoor & outdoors to ensure that every space of the property feels like an oasis! The home has a completely private, fenced in yard featuring a private heated saltwater pool, lounge chairs, a outdoor dining table with umbrella, propane grill, outdoor speakers, and twinkly lights. For entertainment we provide a plethora of card family friendly games!

The home can sleep up to 11 people. You will find one master bedroom with a king size bed and an en-suite bathroom. On the opposite side of the home, you will find another room with two queen size beds, a full bathroom, and another room featuring a twin bed and full size bed. There is also a full size pullout couch in the back room. All brand new & so comfortable! All bedrooms + the living room feature brand new smart TVs where you can log into Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime, Youtube, etc.

We provide pool towels + extra bath towels. There is also a full size washer & dryer that you are free to use as you please. We provide laundry detergent. To get your vacation started, we provide hand soap, dish soap, toilet paper, paper towels, make up wipes, bar soap, and trash bags.

In the kitchen you will find every cooking utensil you may need + salt, pepper, and olive oil. Other kitchen equipment provided:

We allow up to 12 guests in the house.

The house is a non-smoking house, and we ask that if you do smoke to do it as far away from the house as possible so no smell lingers.

We allow dogs only up to 50 lbs, as we understand that fur babies are a very important part of the family! However, we ask that you consider your dogs behavior and whether our property is right for them. All of our furnishings are brand new, so we ask that you please bring a bed for your dog & to avoid letting them on the furniture.

We require an upfront notice & an additional $100 pet fee if you decide to bring your pet. If there are more excessive cleaning needs due to the presence of your dog, there will be additional fees. Dogs are the only pet that is allowed. We require dogs to be at least 6 months old & house-trained. Dogs must be crated if you are not there to supervise them, so please bring a crate if you plan on leaving the property. If they cause damage to anything on the property, you will be charged for the repair.

Pool can be heated for an additional $50 per day for the duration of your stay due to the excessive charge in electricity. Please reach out to host directly to ensure the pool can be heated for your stay.

Your GPS should take you directly to the property. Once you have arrived, there is a smart lock on the front door where you will be given your personal access code to enter and exit the property. For the safety of our guests, we change the code for every guest.

Palm Coast is such a great little town that is centrally located to all the favorite tourist spots & towns on the Atlantic side of Florida!
