The resort overall is nice, however in-room facilities in my room type (1-bedroom pool villa) need some improvement. The mattress quality is quite poor so we have informed the staff to put in a topper which help solve the issue. Still, at the rate we paid, we expect this basic needs to be resolved for all future guests. Also, there's no dressing table in room which should be available for this room type.

Hotel looks nice. However, we were disappointed that the "kids club" were just an empty room with no kids club staff. The gym was also empty and no one was manning it (guess they assumed you can switch on the lights and air-conditioning and do your own work-out). Saw a guy running outside instead of in the gym, so it wasn't just our experience. The swimming pool water was very cold even on a sunny day, pool was alright. On closer look, I noticed that there was small spiders on some of the pool towels (suggestion to probably need to cover the clean towels in wraps). Overall, hotel was quiet and nice if you need a quiet environment.

Wonderful hotel. Well located, close to everything when you have your own transportation. Perfect service aside from the small thing at breakfast. 30 mins after the supposed opening they still had not put out any food for breakfast. Rooms, although small are perfect. The balcony is wonderful when you come back at night

staff and all services were nice and helpful. Room was so cozy and large enough to lay down your luggages on the floor. And the color made you feel homey. My cons for this property may have only one thing is the price of food is so expensive, so I drove out to get some greater restaurants outside

A perfect place
It's a nice stay in this place. It's quite calm for relaxing with a gorgeous view and breakfast. Room is clean and staffs are friendly.

Family stay at the escape Khao Yai
Online reviews helped us with our decision to book the Escape for our family holiday stay. The room size was comfortable for an extra bed in each room. We went in June, So it wasn't in the peak season, so breakfast time was very relaxing, no rush, not like the hotels in the main cities. We had one dinner at the hotel restaurant, the food was good. Both western as well as Thai food. You need transport around Khao Yai, so to travel out to attractions and shops from the hotel, make sure you arrange for your transportation. They had good live music only for one of the nights, on a Saturday. As usual for most Thai hotel, staff are helpful and friendly. Our stay at the Escape was comfortable and memorable.

บรรยากาศ, การเดินทาง, ห้องพัก และ โดยรอบโรงแรมดีมาก แนะนำให้ไปพักเพื่อพักผ่อนสบาย ๆ ได้เลย แต่เมื่อเดินทางไปถึงเจ้าหน้าที่โรงแรมจะโปรโมทห้องอาหารเพื่อให้เราทำการจองและรับส่วนลด 20% กรณีจองก่อนห้าโมงเย็น แนะนำว่า ห้องอาหารโรงแรมแบบ Ala carte ไม่อร่อยและแพงมาก (ข้าวผัดกระเพรา+ไข่ดาว จานละ 250 บาท) แนะนำเพื่อน ๆ ที่ไปพักขับรถออกไปอีกประมาณ 6 กิโลเมตร จะเจอเซเว่น และร้านอาหารเยอะแยะไปหมด ผิดกับสถานที่ตั้งโรงแรมที่เหมือนจะไม่มีอะไรต้องทานที่โรงแรมอย่างเดียว แต่กลับกัน พออาหารเช้าแบบ บุฟเฟ่ กลับดีมากและอร่อยมาก

สัมผัสประสบการณ์ที่แสนประทับใจและอบอุ่นตั้งแต่เข้าเขตพื้นที่ ด้วยการรักษาความปลอดภัยที่ดีเยี่ยม ตลอดจนการนำชม และแนะนำพื้นที่ก่อนเข้าพัก ทำให้ประทับใจในการบริการอย่างเต็มที่ ยิ่งกว่านั้น เมื่อต้องกลับบ้านในเวลาเช้า เมื่อแจ้งเคาน์เตอร์ไว้ ก็มีการบริการ box set อาหารเช้าจัดเตรียมไว้ให้จากทางโรงแรม ทำให้รู้สึกได้ถึงความใส่ใจในรายละเอียด ในส่วนของอาหารในห้องอาหาร โดยเฉพาะรายการอาหาร signature ของทางโรงแรม ก็มีรสชาติที่ดีเยี่ยม จนสัญญากับตัวเองว่า จะต้องกลับมาพักอีกหากมาเขาใหญ่ :)

Mooi hotel maar te duur
Positieve punten hotelkamer fantastisch bed, regendouche heel erg goed. Negatieve punten hotelkamer niet echt schoon, haren van voorganger op badkamer en op balkon, te kleine kamer, tv zenders alleen maar thaise zenders. Restaurant in de achtertuin veel te duur zoals ook de bar. Wij waren de enigste buitenlanders op dat moment, dit is meer een hotel voor de Thai zelf, in het weekend zit het vol met de rijkere Thai uit Bangkok , een Escape dus voor het drukke leven in Bangkok. Overall een overpriced hotel voor wat het te bieden heeft.

Great stay during New Year
Great stay during our New Year trip. Hotel located in middle of mountainous area in Pak Chong, which is quiet but still easy to getting around to other attractions, including Chok Chai Farm and Khao Yai National Park. The reception and services staff treated us very well, even there are lots of guests during holiday season. The room is comfortable with mountain and pool view. Only cons of our stay here is the breakfast, which is not as good as we expected with limited variety of food, but we still can enjoy it with wonderful view in the morning.

Quiet, cozy resort, away from the traffic jam
One of our rooms had air cond leaked. It caused the Sofa to be soaked wet. We requested for a change in room in the same floor, but was fully booked. The hotel only able to change room for us on the following day. They only compensated us with a 30% discount from F&B. Overall, we quite happy with the hotel buffet breakfast spread.

Stayed at The Escape on a motorcycling trip. Facility is beautifully maintained. Rooms are modern and clean. Delightful local fare at the green oak restaurant. Perfect!
