Why select to stay at our home than hotel room.
This is a residential apartment, not a hotel, a purchase price of USD500,000 (THB16mil), we would like you and your family members to experience this home with the tropical feeling and hi-ended living style. A Must Visit once in life time.

1. Location: You will need to rent the car or arrange taxi/van service (the host can coordinate on this for you from Bangkok) to reach at the Swan Lake Residences Khao Yai in Pak Chong, it it part of the Inter-Continental Khao Yai Hotel project. It is not easy to get taxi at Khao Yai unless to book a private taxi from the Inter-Continental Hotel in advance. It is about 150 kilometers from Bangkok. You will enjoy the natural and beautiful of the big mountain with a nice cool weather during your stay.

2. The listing is about 100 sqm with the view of large tropical trees with a lot of butterflies, odors of natural tree flowers, swimming pool and lake views from the living room from 2 bedrooms windows.

Living room: The living room has L shape linen sofa, Smart TV of 50 inches, dinning table of 4 seatings plus 1 eco chair to work online. There is one large ceiling fan to flows the winds. I do recommend to open the ceiling fan than air con to enjoy smells of tree flowers and pure oxygen.

Kitchen: Opened concept kitchen with Oven, stove and hood, 5 steps water filter for free drinking water, Expresso Coffee machine with coffee powder (from one of the best brands "Phu" from our Nan city, top 10 best quality of coffee in the world), dish washing sink and bar counter for enjoying your drinking, while your family member is enjoying cooking the meals for you all.

Dinning table: There is one large dinning table with 4 chairs plus 1 eco chair to work online. We do provide LAN Cable with 10 meters for you to connect with router and your labtop to enjoy working online whole day.

Master bedroom: One King size bed (6 ft) with high quality mattress plus dressing table/chair. There is one side of bed side table with lamp. There are 2 head lamps on the bed for your reading.

Master bathroom: There is large bathroom with large wordrobe plus large two mirror door slides to enjoy seeing your body shape, while showering or dressing time. Shower room with both rain and hand showers. Toilet bowl plus hand sink with mirror shelf to enjoy your hand and face washes. There is hot water machine installed.

Second bedroom: One King size bed (6 ft) with high quality mattress plus dressing table/chair. There are 2 head lamps on the bed for your reading.

Second bathroom: This bathroom is mixed used for living room and bedroom only for toilet bowl. The great design to separate with shower room plus closet with door lock between toilet bowl and shower room/closet. This give you 2-in-1 bathroom type for living room and bedroom.

Balcony: There are 2 pool benches with middle table for you to enjoy your coffee with standing fan.

Mosquitos Net: We have installed the mosquitos of high quality in this home, so you don't have to open the air con during your stay. There is good winds from south at the apartment entrance to north winds of the living room balcony. We recommend you to open the door and balcony with mosquitos net closed for the wind flows. Please close all the main entrance door and door at balcony plus bedrooms windows before 6pm, due to tropical forests of insects fly towards the lighting. No complain, if you find many insects at the balcony, so it is recommended to close mosquitos net whole day and close all doors/windows by about 6pm onwards and enjoy 3 air cons in this home.

Washer: There is a washer/dryer in the apartment. There is also the hanger available in the balcony.

Drinking Water: There are 5-step of water filter set to produce cleaned drinking water for your stay.

WIFI: We have installed Fiber Optic internet with speed of 400/200 Mbps plus LAN Cable.

Swimming Pool/Gym: We do have one of the best gym rooms with all equipment to burn your fat. This is the only floating swimming pool in Khao Yai, on which the swimming pool is built to float on the lake, new experience when you swim with the white and black Swans swimming next to the swimming pool on the lake side. In addition, you can opt to walk to InterContinental Hotel with private entrance by using your keycard to enter the hotel to use Gym and Swimming pool for free. There are Bars/Restaurant (Somying Restaurant, best foods with all kind Inter-Continental style) in the hotel to enjoy your breakfast/cocktail drinks (charge by the hotel, check with the hotel). This compound belongs to same developer and owner of the InterContinental Hotel in Khao Yai. Enjoy 5-star hotel facilities with free of charge, why to think twice to stay here.

Bicycles: We have 3 top quality bicycles for you and your family to enjoy riding within this compound with about 5 kilometers one round.

There are many restaurants nearby and you can even order 7-11 online and call for food delivery. It is so convenient to stay here.

You have everything you need for your stay.

What we are not provide during your stay:

1. No daily cleaning but you can ask Host to coordinate with only THB1,000 to clean apartment and change linens plus towels. You can spend your time for holiday and lets us do all your works on cleaning/laundry. We do provide cleaning appliances and vacuum for cleaning the carpet and floor during your stay.
2. No breakfast is provided; however, it is easy to prepare your breakfast with breads (toaster is available), sausages, eggs, Omelet (buy from 7-11 nearby to cook), etc. You can use 3 bicycles to the private entrance of the InterContinental Hotel to buy your breakfast too. Or ride 3 bicycles to go out on main road with bicycle track lane to go to 7-11.
3. No refill of daily consumption, such as tissue papers, detergent, etc. We do rent as an apartment, please do visit the supermarket or 7-11 to buy enough for your usage during your stay.
4. No free transport from/to Bangkok.

We would request the copy of passport from all members, so we can officially register you all online with the immigration office (it is called TM30), so that you are comfortable and be peace of mind of our official reporting made to the immigration of your stay at our apartment (legally made it).
