Please Note: The Property has a 3 night min stay.Sandy Toes has one king-size with Smart TV and one double bedroom. There's a bathroom with bath, walk-in shower, basin, heated towel rail and WC. There's an open-plan living space with kitchen, dining area and sitting area with an electric double oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine and dishwasher. WiFi, fuel and power, bed linen and towels are included in the rent. Outside there’s a multi-level garden with three enclosed terraces with decking, barbecue, and furniture, and roadside parking on a first come first served basis. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Nearest shop and pub in 0.7 miles. Sandy Toes is a wonderful escape in Devon. Note: There is a slope and additional steps leading up to the bungalow and the garden is also terraced therefore it won't be suitable for those with limited mobility. Note: Restricted head height in the utility
