The Space:

This property accepts up to 2 dogs, if you have a alternative pet please contact Sykes to discuss. There is a £15 fee for bringing pets. The living areas include a kitchen housing a gas oven and hob, microwave, fridge, dishwasher along with a living/dining area with TV with Freeview and DVD player and an electric fire, while the shared utility houses a washing machine and tumble dryer. The bedrooms include a family room with double and single, a king-size double and a twin, served by a bathroom. Outside there is a shared lawn with sun deck, furniture and heated swimming pool, along with off-road parking for one car. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are included in the price. Within 0.4 miles there is a shop, within 0.2 miles there is a pub and within 2.8 miles, a beach. Honeysuckle Cottage is a delightful base for holidaying in Devon. Please note, the sundeck and swimming pool is available from the middle of May to the middle of September only.



The Neighborhood:

The quaint village of Marldon is located in Devon's South Hams. In addition to a village hall, a bar that serves food, a Post Office, and a shop, this community is home to a variety of local enterprises. Babbacombe Model Village, Riverdart Country Park, and Woodlands Leisure Park are all nearby local attractions. Alternatively, Torquay is only 4 miles away and offers a variety of great beaches, a colourful marina, theatre entertainment, and restaurants. Paignton, a seaside town closer to home, will excite younger tourists with Paignton Zoo, Splashdown Quaywest Waterpark, and the sandy beach with a magnificent pier. Marldon is a fabulous location for exploring the surrounding area and Devon.
