The apartment is very close next to the beach with only 2 minutes walk, with all the nearby local amenities and activities within short walking distance, a fantastic base for a beach holiday!

All in all, it's a great base for exploring Paignton, Torquay, Brixham and the surrounding areas of the English Riviera. The beach is 175 yards.

On entering Fairy Cove through the ground floor entrance and making your way up to the first floor, the open plan kitchen/dining room is immediately to your left. It is a nice, open, social space for rustling up that early morning breakfast before a day out exploring the beautiful English Riviera, or even a long day relaxing at the beach, which is just 2 minutes’ walk from the front door.

The family bathroom is also just off of the dining area and benefits from a claw-foot bath. Two bedrooms are just along the hallway, the main bedroom offers a double bed and an en-suite shower room, and the second bedroom has bunk beds. The living area, which is at the front of the property, is a bright and airy room with a corner sofa, 55" Smart TV and Virgin Wi-Fi.

Outside space, the property has a delightful enclosed garden with a patio, as well as a furnished summer house where you can enjoy afternoon tea or read a good book whilst surrounded by nature. There is also a picnic bench with a pergola where you can enjoy eating al fresco.
