«As we were driving a series of long winding roads to this property we said to ourselves, “this place is going to have to be really nice to be worth the drive.” And it was. The nature sounds were amazing. Eating every meal on the lanai was lovely. The kids fought over who got to sleep on the lanai. It’s close to a beautiful black sands clothing-optional beach, and otherwise there’s not much to do out there. It’s not the best jumping off point for lots of island touring, but it’s the perfect spot ...

«We easily found this gem of a place. It was very cozy place to stay during the large Kona storm. It was close to the Volcano Park where we wanted to go visit.The hists were vwry easy to talk with and responded quickly when we had a question.I recommend this place!»

«This was a quick trip focused around seeing Kilauea’s frequent eruption episodes. We chose this vacation rental for budget reasons, and proximity to Volcano national park (40 minute drive). The tiny home was as described, 1 queen bed, 1 twin bed, full bath, well equipped kitchen, except for dishwasher (no big deal) it was tidy enough. Kitchen table and bench is really only place to sit, no lounge chairs or comfortable seating. Did not see a bbq, and outside table and chairs are pointless…rusty, ...

«This property was perfect for my family of 11. We live on the island and attended a family gathering in the area. We stayed only one night but it was an awesome night! «This house is just as advertised. It is 4 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. Sitting room and laundry. No kitchen or dinning room. It has a washing machine and dryer that are coin operated, so bring quarters if you are going to do laundry. There are limited towels, so bring your own. The fridge is full of owners food so don't bring any fresh or frozen food as there is no place to put it. Make sure your only have one car as the parking is limited as property owners have multiple cars in driveway. Also add ...

«This was our second time this year staying at this beautiful, warm, welcoming, and quiet home attending Hilo events, as we live in Kona. We returned because we love it so much and it accommodates my family and elderly mother. Love the AC in each room and lots of seating in the living, dining rooms and on the balcony. The host is super responsive and accommodating. Hope to return again soon!»
