Come enjoy our spacious freshly remodeled lake house with new furniture, flooring and AC! We are located one half mile from Lone Rock beach and three miles from the entrance to Wahweap Marina! This home features a well-appointed kitchen, three bedrooms, three bathrooms, a large front deck that overlooks Lake Powell with a gas grill and plenty of room! Enjoy your day on the lake knowing that when you're done, you have room to relax and enjoy your evening with beautiful views all around. The stargazing from the front deck is amazing! You may also enjoy grilling on the deck with a spectacular view of the lake, and when the family is ready, our fire table is perfect to gather around for s'mores.

Sleeping Arrangements:
* Bedroom 1, the master bedroom, has 1 king bed (sleeps 2).
* Bedroom 2, has 1 king bed and 1 full size futon (sleeps up to 4).
* Bedroom 3 has one full-over-full bunk bed and 1 full size futon (sleeps up to 6).

*** More than 12 guests require prior approval/$25 per person extra guest fee
(2 bean bags can be converted to full size, memory foam beds) ***

** Please note: **There is no garage access and the separate guest quarters underneath the home can be occupied - parking is shared! Please park to the right of the sign on the post. There may be a friendly dog on property named Kona.

Other things to know:
- Absolutely no smoking - $250 fee for any smoke damage or scent.
- No pets, no exceptions - $500 fee for any unauthorized pet on the premises.
- Only registered guests are allowed on the property. Any visitors must be approved prior to arrival.
- Guests agree to the cancellation policy. If you feel last minute changes might occur due to any circumstance, we encourage you to purchase travel insurance.
- Quiet hours are 10:00 pm - 7:00 am.
- Check out is 10:00 Arizona time.
