«Everyone from the host to the cleaning group to the locals at the diner down the road are courteous and inviting. We stayed for a high school fishing trip, and are talking about going back just for a getaway. You will not be disappointed if you book any of the three cottages they all look wonderful. The area around them is quite and cordial and beautiful! »

«Respite was used as a hub to places we could walk to…it was hot but that’s not your fault. We were close to most to places we wanted to visit. We ate breakfast there at most days…delicious. Great staff. A lot of help to find our way around. At night we ate at wonderful restaurants, never the same twice.»

«This is a very wonderful property located on the land between the lakes. It is up on a hill and allows you to see the sunset and beautiful surrounding views of the lake. The house itself is very clean with plenty of space and a nice back yard. The property is very large and has a big screened in porch. It’s especially nice to sit in this porch as the sun sets. The owners had very good communication and provided plenty of information to make our stay the best possible. We hope to return someday.»

«I walked into this house and was met with a musty moldy smell, AC was off, and instantly knew the air quality would be a problem for us. This is an old house in a questionable neighborhood. The air filter was very dirty. I reached out to the contact I had and she said she would try see if her maintenance person was still in town to change out the air filter. I never heard anything from her again. We got up early and left as soon as we could because we both slept badly and felt sick the following ...
