The view was beautiful, front and center, though there are a lot of passer byers so not much privacy on the deck and I might mention the deck is only for standing, not enough space to have a seat or put a seat. If you need more towels, more coffee, cups, anything really be prepared to call them twice and remind them before they bring anything. They will not clean your room while you are there even if you request it. Location was cute restaurants everywhere but very expensive for basic food. Cute little gift shops, a dispensary, ice cream parlor, you name it all in one location. The hotel pool and hot tub were clean and very nice. The ice machine will dispense ice only, so bring your own water. No microwave in rooms, one on the second floor in the corner. Elevator doors close extremely fast so if you have children hold your arm in the opening so the doors don't close without you in with them. There are luggage carts everywhere which was very useful and nice. Beds were comfortable, TV channels were very limited but we didn't mind, we weren't there to watch TV. Beautiful State Beach two minutes down the road, hard to find parking the later in the day you go. Great location but come prepared with your own things cause the hotel itself isn't very accommodating a d to eat out will cost you a pretty penny anywhere within walking distance.
