I will admit, I booked the hotel without really reading reviews. I didn't look till a night or two before our arrival, but when I did, I got a little nervous. We arrived and we were impressed with the location and thought the property itself was beautiful. If you're looking for a luxury property, I'd venture to say you're better off in the city, but if you want a comfortable, safe, and accessible property to the beach with restaurants, a market, etc within a reasonable distance, this hotel is amazing. Our room was clean, had an awesome view, was easily accessible with parking. Only one night did we get back a little later and had to park a little farther away, but I genuinely don't understand some of the negative reviews. We were here for 4 days. My only complaint was the walls being a little thin, but generally our neighbors were quiet. My experience with the staff was great. Front desk was helpful, polite and was there when I needed something printed, no questions asked. The pool though smaller, is indoors and heated. My son has special needs, and when we travel as a family, there's things about some hotels that make the experience just better than others...and he really loved coming here and was comfortable.. Thank you so much for the wonderful stay and giving my little family a fantastic Spring Break. We loved it, and we'll be back soon for sure!!
