«The location is perfect in Tahoe City, right across the street from The Commons. It was close to great food, drinks and bakery’s. I stayed in room 8, which was on the top floor. The room was spotless, the bedding very comfortable and of high quality. I slept really well and it was very quiet. I appreciated the shampoo, body lotion and conditioner. The thing I DIDNT LIKE was the check in process. I sent them 3 texts asking them how I check in with no response. I later found 4 emails from them ...

«This place is a hoot. Each "room" is actually just a small stand-alone structure: mine was a small cabin and the guy next to me was staying in one of those old '50s trailers. Bathrooms and showers are good; can either use the ones outside the main house or those inside. Really fun place. Only a few minutes north of town. Okay to cook your own food in the main house, which has 2 kitchens. Good choice to stay there as long as you don't need a big room.»

«This was amazing! Great staff, great location AND there's even a swimming hole (5 min walk, if that) with a waterfall! I've never stayed in a shared house before, but this one has spoiled me! It's close enough to be able to drive to all the good tourist spots. Oh, and hopefully you're there for the "big" farmers market on Saturdays. We left some items behind and the cleaning staff returned it to front desk and gave us a call about the items that were left behind. They mailed it to us and we are thankful for their great service! It’s centrally located, walkable, in an interesting neighbourhood, close to restaurants and sights, and offers small but nice rooms, high speed Internet, free loaner bicycles, and a great and helpful staff.
