«Liked- parking was included, kitchenette, murphy bed, walking distance to beach and shopping, balcony Only 18 minutes to Walmart. Did not like- construction, water shut off during stay, pool and jacuzzi were drained for a week (maintenance), dry sauna was under renovation. Also when I asked front desk about extra towels,they told me to call my host. They did bring clean towels the next day though. »

«Everything was great about the property. It's bigger than we expected. Big kitchen and living room. Great view on the patio/deck. The fees do add up to be a lot , but we knew about them prior to booking and just included them in the cost per night when budgeting. It's a little far away from kailua, but with the full kitchen next time we will do a few meals at the resort »

«The property had a great location. It isn’t right on the beach but it’s only a short walk to it. Same for downtown Waikiki. The on-site parking that was included was a great addition. The place had everything we needed. The on-site minimart was packed with all the little things you may have forgotten, including staples like bread, milk, and other groceries. «Mike’s place was perfect! Clean, comfortable, and well appointed. He had starters for coffee, hair dryer, a beach chair and cooler and even an umbrella. Location is great - quick walk to beach, restaurants, shopping. Pool and surrounding deck was clean and very nice. Great host- I hope to stay again during my next visit to Honolulu. Mahalo Mike.»

«Would stay here again! This was one of my favorite rooms to stay in while visiting home. Pulling up to the hotel is a bit tricky, and parking your car can be a bit of additional planning, but the room itself was comfy and lovely.»

«When booking my stay at Maui, I was hoping to get a resort-like experience with top-notch amenities at a price that did not break the bank (no $400+ per night stays at a resort). This unit checked off all of the boxes. Clean room, plenty of amenities (beach chair, boogie board, ice cooler, binoculars), and having access to the resort pool was really awesome. 11 out of 10!»

«Great relaxing, unfortunate extra heavy rain storm that resulted in a flooded basement that handled all the units WiFi and hot water…after approx 2 days all was restored great communication and recovery.»

«The location was brilliant just around the corner from Star Beachboys surfboard hire and 2 short blocks from the main beach (Canoes- where the Duke Kahanamoku statue is). We had some problems accessing our key from the lockbox- you need to pull out or up on the grey tab- and getting in the apt door- turn the key right and then fully left. But there was a 24 hour security desk to get help. The building and elevator were a bit tired (the apt is 12 stories up on the top floor). The bed was a queen ...

«Everything was exactly as advertised. Room is directly above a bar but we were not disturbed at all. Awesome view from the lanai to the water and the zoo. If you rent a car, don’t get anything large, as parking is very tight. Will come back here next time!»

«Cloy's spot is perfectly situated at the center of Kihei, well within walking distance to restaurants, bars, beaches, and more. The room is minimal but perfect for a couple who is going to spend most of their time enjoying the island (as you should!). The AC was a huge bonus that helped us sleep comfortably in the evenings. Parking was plentiful and secure at night. Overall, we would love to stay at Cloy's place every time we come to Maui!»

«Very nice unit with a nice view of the pool. As other people has stated parking is challenging. But I always found a place in the lot or right next to the property on the street. The bed is comfortable and I slept well. Minor issue with some small ants in the bathroom.owner was very responsive. I would definitely stay here again.»
