«The room was lovely with a gorgeous view of the ocean. We were very close to the beach, but there were a lot of stairs involved and moving down a somewhat steep hill. If you have any mobility issues, this location may not be the best option. In the room, it was clean, bright, and comfortable. We only had a few complaints. The TV remote control would turn the TV on, but the other buttons wouldn't consistently work to do anything else. Also the gas fireplace had a bit of an odor when running, so ...

«They have a no smoking policy, and the rooms are extremely hot and stuffy. So, you have to open the doors while staying here. Which shouldn’t be a problem except when we tried to stay, someone was smoking beside our door. My husband had an asthma flare up and we couldn’t stay, we had to leave for the night. Mind you, no he doesn’t have overactive asthma but when we’re in this room, and someone keeps smoking cigarettes next to our room, what can we do? We messaged the host. Not much came of it. ...

«This place is a complete dump!!! Exterior doors do not lock, unit was filthy, dated and there were people in the parking area openly doing illegal things. My family walked in the unit and basically walked right back out. Please do yourself a favor and do not stay here, you will regret it.»

«Nice little room that was as advedtised, and just as expected for the price. Good place to sleep while you enjoy the coast and Lincoln City. Only issue I had was with the wifi password and signal strength, and the host was quick to answer when I sent messages to troubleshoot. If possible the network should be upgraded or expanded to a dedicated network for each building. Not a deal breaker for me due to my mobile hotspot, might be for other guests though. »

«Kelly and Cooper had a great stay here. The studio was very nice, clean, comfortable, and exactly what they were looking for. The ocean views and nearby beach access were terrific, and the property was a very good value for the money.The hosts were also excellent to deal with and very communicative throughout the stay, which made everything easy from start to finish.
