Luksus i Thailand
Flott hotell med fin beliggenhet og uovertruffen service, men litt vekslende språknivå på de ansatte . Dyrt å drikke og spise på hotellet med unntak av frokost. Dvs. i overkant av norske priser. Alternativet var å ta taxi inn til byen og tilbake, noen som kostet 1600 bath (NOK 400). Så måltidene ble dyre. Flotte inkluderte aktiviteter (gratis yoga, sykkelturer, badebåt til lokal øy etc)

I love the view from my room, the hotel room was comfortable and serene. We enjoyed the hotel room stay and most of all the breakfast! Was worried the breakfast spread and taste will be of sub par but it was actually delicious unique and healthy varieties, and we get to choose ala carte dishes which is made on the spot and it was so delicious. The hotel was away from Phuket town but it was perfect for a quiet getaway. Only thing that was not up to quality was the spa , we found communication was an issue and over priced , the spa masseuse finished the massage in less than an hour as they considered washing hands and legs and changing is part of the hour . We felt a bit disappointed with it even though the massage was excellent.

This property is amazing. Situated up high on the point it has unparalleled views from everywhere on the property. The staff is incredibly friendly and their hospitality is top notch. We did not want to leave.

Everything from villas to food to service was excellent - the only downside of this hotel is that is has no beach or beach club. Apparently they closed it during Covid times… reopen it and we will come again! Thank you Haze and Wow for your excellent help with organizing trips and all… ❤️

Please save your hard earned money and don’t waste it on this place. I don’t know in what world this qualifies as a 5 star hotel maybe they paid for the reviews. The rooms and furniture are completely outdated, the view looks nothing like the photos, and the breakfast/food in general at the hotel is extremely limited just bad overall. Luckily my girlfriend and I had a good laugh about how bad this hotel was but I rather not spend over 500 a night for a laugh. The staff was extremely friendly and professional but we were extremely disappointed in everything else. I’ve never left a review in my life especially a bad review but I’ve never felt so scammed in my life. Stay some where else

O Hotel é lindo, moderno, tem quartos espaçosos e confortáveis, uma vista lindíssima, piscinas incríveis e café da manhã e refeições perfeitas. É distante de tudo da cidade. Para qualquer lugar que você vá, uma táxi custa entre 700 e 1.000 THB. Mas se você quer relaxar, é o local ideal.

From the moment we arrived at the airport, we were immediately taken care of by the staff. The staff all took point to know us and what we liked, helped us with transportation to wherever we wanted to go, greeted us every single time we saw them with a big smile and friendly hello. In the bar area, I have to give Feliz top marks, he helped me with some information regarding the area and the place I was going and so sweet about it! Everyone was so great and genuinely nice. We had an amazing room, definitely recommend the Bay King room. The amenities were great, the food was wonderful. I didn't want to leave. I will definitely return to COMO when I come back to Phuket. It was a great trip, but they really made it better by helping us out with information, transportation and really helping us get a solution from a problem we encountered. Our flight was cancelled and we had to stay a couple of extra days for the next flight out. Though they were sold out, they did find us a room and helped us move over to it. They could not have done a better job, the whole staff deserves praise, in every area. This is by far the best hotel experience I have ever had and the lobby to pull up to is amazing and beautiful.

Thsi hotel is lovely. it is in a quiet location and you really chill. The pools are amazing and we have had lovely dinners at both classes. Kids club really good. My daughter spent most of her time ehre, which enabled me to work. Staff are so friendly and helpful, Go out of their way for you.

Como Yamu Point is a really amazing place, overall can't fault it bar perhaps the bar and food was not as good as we have enjoyed elsewhere and the price of wine was very high, partly due to high tax in Thailand.

This hotel is beyond my expectations! I stay at 5 star resorts across the world and this one is top tier! I am so incredibly impressed by the property, the employees, the service, the safety I felt at the property, the ambience, the pools, the suite, etc. The breakfast buffet is to die for and the restaurant food is beyond delicious! This is a tough one. The place is beautiful but very secluded and out of the way. There is no real beach which didn’t matter to us but if that is what you are looking for, you will be disappointed. In short, it is at least a half hour cab ride to any other dining or sites. If you just want to hide and relax, at what are North American resort prices, this is the place for you.

COMOスイートに家族で4泊しました。ホテルの客室、設備はこれまで経験したラグジュアリーホテルと遜色ない、若しくはコストパフォーマンスはとても良いと感じた。 残念だったのは、客室案内の担当者の館内の説明が殆ど無く、全般的にホスピタリティが他のラグジュアリーホテルより劣っていたと感じた。またホテル周りにはレストランがない為、館内レストランを使用するしかないが、とても残念ながら、レストランでのホスピタリティの無さ、また、メニューも工夫がなく、日によって同じ物でも味がかなり違うというレベルでとても残念でした。 本当に客室が良いのに残念だなぁ。 あと周りの海では泳いだり出来ない遠浅の泥っぽい浜だったので、ホテルのプールでゆっくりという方向けですね。

Recommended!
Tranquil resort, lovely staff and spacious. A great experience. Will need transport in and out to other places in Phuket (don’t think you can walk to a 7-11 from the resort) but that’s expected for a quiet stay in a 5 star resort. Architecture is amazing and tasteful.

Absolutely gorgeous views. The room was wonderful, spacious, roomy, great decor with killer king size mattress and pillows inducing deep peaceful sleep. Both restaurants are world class and the ala carte buffet breakfast is worth getting up for! Taxis to pattong and other places of interedt are about 1000 baht each way because COMO is waay out by itself but that's a small price for a slice of serenity in paradise. I cannot praise the staff enough...accomodating and so happy to serve. Highly recommended.

The Como is the most exceptional hotel with incredibly comfortable rooms, delicious food and freindly & professional staff. If you are looking for a true luxury escape in Phuket, then look no further than the Como. It feels like a hidden gem of pure magic and escape. If I had to find a negative, it is that the beach is not really acessible nor swimmable and the area is remote. This can also be a positive - depending on what you are looking for. Well done. Keep up the fantastic work !
