«We had a great trip and staying at the Cottage was a great decision. The location was perfect. Downtown was only a 10 minute walk and the Landing was less than 20 (great brewery and lots of restaurants and shopping). The Cottage is also only 20-30 minutes to some great hiking! Kay was also a wonderful host. She was very responsive whenever we had a question. We will definitely be back!»

«We booked this property to take 9 junior and senior students from a small school (and 4 adults) on their annual junior/senior trip. The home was amazing with plenty of things to do, plenty of space, and great accommodations. The owners were very friendly and communicative and made everything simple. We would recommend this to anyone who needs a large space for a group stay!»

«Minutes from U of Ark and wonderful experience. Home was immaculate and exactly as described and represented in pictures. Beds were comfortable and having 2 baths is a game changer for the 3 of us. Had small issue with internet connection (our issue, not owner) and response that corrected our mistake was immediate! Highly recommend. Our only disappointment was we had to leave after 1 night!»

«Loved the screened-in porch. Nice kitchen was well equipped. Walking distance to Herman happenings. Stairs to upstairs bedrooms are steep and narrow so not for physically challenged. Great response from the property manager. A gem!»

«We loved our stay here!! It was a great set up for family with adult children and grands. We enjoyed everyone having their own floor! The kitchen was well appointed with all the cooking items needed. They really thought off everything, down to jewelry stands in every bedroom!! We will definitely be staying here again!!»

«We enjoyed our stay, we brought our dog and he had plenty of space to be in the backyard. The house was spacious and well kept. The chairs upstairs need some updating as they were a little too loved, but all the other furniture was great. Neighborhood is close to lots of things, no more than 15 minutes away from most attractions.»

«Plenty of bedrooms for the entire group. Beautiful views and great sitting areas to enjoy the awesome lake views. Close to everything, so not much windshield time to get to the golf courses and shopping areas. Many of the group indicated they wanted to make this property an annual event.»
