«I wanted to experience what is it like to live in a tiny house. At this property I finally got a chance to do that. The house has peaceful surroundings and everything you need for a couple inside. «We loved our stay at the Hummingbird Cabin, very pretty location, very clean. Comfy bed and we loved the deck with a bbque , table with pads on the chairs and hot tub was amazing. Didn’t get a chance to use the fire pit. Pond is nice. Equipped with all our needs. Maybe another heating unit as we did need the electric fireplace and heater fan. Would recommend Hummingbird for a nice get away for 2. Close to hiking opportunities and wineries.»

«Excellent place to stay to explore the eastern portion of the Shawnee National Forest. We used it as a launching point to see the Garden of the Gods, Cave in Rock, and Dixon Springs State Park. Wish we had another day to do more exploring. The cabin is secluded, so stock up on groceries and charcoal for the grill before you arrive. Kitchen was well stocked with pans and utensils that made cooking meals easy. It was comfortable, clean and peaceful. I will definitely stay there again the ...
