Located just a 10-minute drive away from the beautiful Lake Constance, in the town of Owingen, this lovely accommodation consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, a bedroom as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, a television, table tennis, a highchair, a children- and a baby bed. Enjoy the view over the shared garden, while sipping your morning coffee on your covered private balcony. Make use of the furnished common garden to organize nice grill parties or relax in the shared sauna. For the little guests there is also a shared playground at your disposal. The closest supermarket is a 6-minute drive away, while you can reach the nearest restaurant in 500 m. You will find a wide range of cafes, bars and restaurants within a 10-minute drive (6 km), in the center of Überlingen, where you can directly enjoy the lake view and its surroundings. You can reach the nearest beach (Ostbad) after 6,4 km (10 minutes by car from the property). You can also make use of public transportation: the next stop is only 250 m away.



Some additional services, like a bread roll and pick-up service from the station are also available. The use of the sauna, washing machine and dryer will also require an additional fee. The housekeeper will gladly provide fresh forest or flower honey (for an additional fee).



Parking spaces as well as a storage for bicycles and sport equipment are available on the property.
