«Really dated I booked an indulgence room. It was terrible
Swimming pool is in the shade and really cold water. Only 6 sun loungers around it because nobody went in the pool. Clean towels supplied smelt horrible.
Always got dirty feet when I had a shower as they obviously don’t clean the floor»

«Very disappointed with the overall experience. The property rooms were not as per standard or what was presented on the website
The rooms were not clean or maintained
The property upkeep is not as per 5 star standard
The towels and pillows were very dirty and were not in a state where they could be used; they had stains and even after asking for replacement were provided with stained towels (we ended up having to purchase towels from a local store)
Hot water was not working in the room

«This hotel was filled with Russian charter tourists. The place needs a serious update, the rooms and especially the bathrooms are crying for renovation. Wifi was not functioning at all. The service in the hotel was very poor. There were always a bunch of hotel staff both at the reception and in the hotel restaurant, however it seemed like nobody was really interested to help.»

«Just all round, bad service. No one to clean the room, refresh the bins. Had breakfast included for 1 week... Tried 3 times to have breakfast... I just gave up. I just went somewhere else because I was already waiting+25 minutes on all 3 occasions. I've had food in the restaurant in front. It's all dry and reheated»

«Utrolig fint hotell, helt nytt:) Rene, innbydende rom, visste fra andre anmeldelser at de var små, men kjentes rimdlig ut da det hadde stor terrasse. Personale var utrolig hyggelig!!! Super fot og nakkemassasje selv om spaet ikke offisielt hadde åpnet enda. Veldig nær stranden. Kjempegod mat og rask roomservice. Reiser gjerne igjen! »
