Hoteller i Otsego

«Very well appointed hotel located at the back end of an outdoor mall including restaurants. 1 BR Suite had everything we needed. Extra space was wonderful for a few days stay. Comfortable bed and pillows were wonderful! Breakfast was well stocked with fresh fruit and hot items. The complimentary evening "Social" was an added bonus! Monday-wings, waffle fries, and mini salad bar. Tuesday-nacho/taco fixins' and mini salad bar. Wednesday-pulled pork sandwich, macaroni and cheese, broccoli, ...

«Bed was very firm! Offered both firm & soft pillows. Breakfast was good. Loved having a Keurig in the room for coffee 1st thing in the morning or anytime during day. Location was great and many restaurants & shopping in Levis Commons nearby was great»

«Met with a friendly staff who gave us a great, clean room. Was helpful with extra towels. Good thing we had carry ons and they are no stairs so if you have big luggage or can’t carry request first floor. Breakfast was good with many choices. Lots of food options with walking distance .»

«Staff were very helpful. Suggest that the staff provide a map with details about the surrounding area near the hotel - dining, shopping, points of interest. The night of our stay, there must have been a "rowdy" concert in the large building across the street from the hotel. Lots of noise - several of the individuals in 'muscle" cars were demonstrating (numerous times) how to excessively squeal their times and preform dangerous circles in the parking lot. Very noisy and disturbing!!! Breakfast ...

«Nice place to stay. Easy on and off highway. Nice amenities around the hotel. Walkable to university.»

«The hotel was clean, the staff was friendly and the location was great. Breakfast on the weekdays closed at 9am which we didn’t realize. The air conditioner was noisy, but the bed was comfortable. I would stay at this location again.»

«Clean room, staff, comfort. Stayed just 2 nights but enjoyed the hotel and its location. Convenient to all we wanted to do. Great shopping and restaurants right there!»

«Great service from the front desk.»

«Every time I have stayed at the 1154 Professional Drive, La Quinta, upon arriving and departing the facility, I have had trouble unloading and loading luggage at the front entrance due to the contracted service drivers for the railroad van always taking up the front entrance whereas disallowance of other guest to unload and load their vehicles. One of the superivisors (or railroad engineer) did ask the driver to relocate the van closer to the island curb away from direct access to the entrance ...

«The lady at the reception desk was very helpful. Helped me check in early when I got in town.»

«Check in was quick and easy. I was checking out on a Sunday, and asked for a one hour extension for my check out and they obliged with no trouble at all which helped with my Sunday plans. Everything about the room and the hotel itself was great.»

«Quiet part of bgsu. Nice new quick stop next door. Rooms were clean and spacious. Will stay again!»

«Disappointed that we were not aware of on-site construction. Pool wasn't in use, and fireplace was being worked on. Room was clean, and breakfast was good..»

«Convenient location to stop on our drive home.»
