The main problem I had with this stay was a lack of transparency and mainly the breakdown of communication with or lack off with the staf
First of all ,the elevators were not working at all! it was very inconvenient since I was on the fourth floor, and it was extremely hard to carry luggage and my cooler up 4 flights of stairs.
Unfortunately, I had to call the front desk each time to ride me up in the service elevator and It was on the opposite end of the main floor.
You’d have to cut through the kitchen to get to it I had a severely sprained ankle that I had sprained just recently a week ago and I couldn’t put too much pressure on it.
Also, my wife called to book this hotel she specifically asked if the pool /Spa wasn’t good working order and what the temperature was if it was at least 90 to 95°F
The pool was clean, although it was lukewarm and could’ve been much warmer. The inside temperature of the pool area was frigid. Yes it was 30° outside although it was barely 50° inside the pool area. The heater should’ve been blowing warmer and that would’ve kept the pool temperature warmer as well.
The Jacuzzi was over treated with chemicals and was foaming up with chemicals:( ;
So whenever you push the spa button and it was lukewarm as well very disappointed since I did look forward to spending time in the pool and spa. The gym was average. It had free weights and other.The Equipment clean. There is no complementary breakfast as they stated in the listing.
