«The hotel was excellent. The location, cleanliness, rooms, and breakfast were all of a very high standard. The spa was also quite large and offered a great variety of saunas and jacuzzis.
One possible area for improvement, specifically for the spa, would be to introduce adults-only hours. I understand that it is a family-friendly spa, but it is difficult to fully relax when children are constantly running around, making noise, frequently entering and leaving the saunas, and using the cold ...

«Charming and unique hotell in Tartu city centre. Was visiting friends who had a car, so don't really know how easy or not it was to get around, but it's a small town.
Tried to use the room as an office one day, but table and chairs were not perfect for that.
Otherwise cool design and all.»

«I booked last minute. So the communication was slow. Ended up calling the owner as the administrator was unreachable. For some reason, their check in / check out and other things link did not open on my US carrier phone. Ended up using an Estonian one (lucky I had one person with me who helped out).
The apartment was tiny. Well set up. It served its purpose for our family. Best for 2 people only, but it had everything you’d need.»
