«Our room smelled like dirty rag. When we went in the window was a bit open which they knew the room stink. We still stayed since we had a long trip and we needed to get some rest. But when we left the next day, we let the receptionist know and he insisted that there was nothing on file and told him it don't matter, the room stinks and they need to get it checked out.»

«Vi ville ha et rimeligere overnattingssted nær San Diego. Veldig fint og romslig rom, med flott bad, god seng, kjøleskap. Dette er et casinohotell, men rommene var godt adskilt fra alt støy der, og vi hørte ingenting. Gratis parkering i parkeringshus, eller grstis valet parkering. Brukte 25 minutter på å kjøre til sentrum av San Diego.»

«Clean room the lady at the front desk was super helpful. Would recommend staying there. If your construction working blue-collar guy or woman recommend staying there. I had zero problems slept like a baby. I had a mini suite with the stove refrigerator with the couch perfect little room.»

«El que tengan un mcdonald's en su misma ubicación y tiendas cercas es un plus y mencionar igual que está a 5 min del cruce san ysidro y eso lo hace ideal para descansar después de estar formado varias horas en la linea y Haci al siguiente día seguir con tu viaje»

«We had a pleasant check-in and overall a nice stay. The staff was friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, there was an issue with the payment process. When I first arrived, I was asked to provide a card and a hold was placed on it. When I returned later to collect my room key, I was asked again for a card. I provided a different card and was told that I had not been charged the first time. A different amount was then placed on the second card. However, both amounts were later permanently deducted ...
